Business Profile: how it works for members

Save the facts about your business once, so Jeremy can use your real numbers in chat instead of asking again.

Business Profile is where you save the facts about your business: what you sell, what it costs, your revenue, how you get customers and where you want to go. Jeremy reads it in chat when a question depends on your business, so you don't have to type your price, offer or numbers into every new conversation.

The questions are the ones Jeremy asks before working on a business.

Where to find it

Click Business profile in the left sidebar of JeremyAI. It opens jeremy.utari.ai/business-profile.

What it asks

Your Business Profile has 42 questions in 8 sections.

The sections are:

  • Business basics: your business name, website, what type of business you run and your niche.

  • Offers & pricing: what you sell, the advertised price of each offer and how customers pay.

  • Revenue & profit

  • Marketing & funnels

  • Sales & team

  • Delivery & capacity

  • Goals & direction

  • Tools & tech

14 questions are marked Required, but you can save with some of them still blank. Fill in what you know, click Save profile, and come back for the rest.

Until you save, the top of the page shows Unsaved changes. After you save, you'll see Business profile saved.

The counters show how many questions, and how many required ones, you've answered. The search box finds any question by keyword.

Keep answers short. Each field shows its character limit under the box.

One-line answers allow 250 characters, the website field allows 500, and the longer answers allow 1,000. If you have a full document, like a sales script or an offer doc, add it to Knowledge instead and Jeremy will search it when it's relevant.

What a useful answer looks like

Include the offer name, the exact price with currency, and whether it's one-time or recurring.

  • Too vague: "Coaching program, premium price."

  • Useful: "Agency Accelerator: $1,500 USD one-time. 12-week group program with weekly live calls."

How Jeremy uses it in chat

When your question depends on your business, like "Should I raise my price?", Jeremy can read your saved answers before he replies. He decides when that's needed, so not every message triggers it.

When he does, you'll see Reading My Business Profile above the chat box, and the reply takes a little longer. If an answer feels generic, add "use my business profile" to your question.

Updating it from chat

If you mention a change in chat, for example "I just raised the price to $2,000", Jeremy can propose an update to your profile. An approval card shows the old answer next to the new one.

  • Click Approve to save it.

  • Click Not now to close the card without saving anything.

  • Reply in chat if you want to change what Jeremy proposed.

Nothing in your Business Profile changes until you approve. The numbers on the card come from what you wrote in chat, so check them before you click.

If no card appears, update the answer on the Business profile page instead.

Editing or clearing your profile

You can change any answer on the Business profile page and click Save profile again. To start over, use Clear profile at the bottom right of the page.

Your profile never updates by itself, so when your price, offer or numbers change, update it on the page or approve the change in chat.

Business Profile vs. memories

Business facts like your offer, price and audience now belong in your Business Profile. JeremyAI may also have saved some of these as memories from earlier chats.

If a memory still holds an old version, for example your old price, update or delete it on the Memories page so Jeremy doesn't get conflicting information.

Where it works today

Jeremy uses your Business Profile in web chats at jeremy.utari.ai. Telegram, Slack, email, voice calls and the mobile app don't use it yet.

If something looks wrong

If Jeremy uses an answer that isn't in your profile, or a change you approved doesn't show on the Business profile page, email [email protected] and include:

  • the account email you use for JeremyAI

  • the chat link

  • what you expected to see and what you saw

  • a screenshot if possible
