JeremyAI saves useful facts from your chats as memories, such as your offer, your audience, or how you like answers written. Those memories make later replies more personal.
Memories are tied to projects. A chat inside a project only uses that project's memories. A chat that is not in any project uses a separate general memory, so it will not see what JeremyAI learned inside your projects.
That is on purpose. It keeps each client's or topic's information separate, so Client A's details never show up in a chat about Client B.
Why JeremyAI did not remember something
If JeremyAI seems to have forgotten something you told it before, check where the two chats live:
You told it in one project, and you are now asking in a different project
You told it in a project, and you are now asking in a chat that is not in any project
You told it in a chat that is not in any project, and you are now asking inside a project
In each of those cases, the memory exists, but the new chat cannot use it. That is expected.
What to do
Keep chats about the same client, offer, or topic in the same project.
If you need something from another project, paste the key facts into the chat you are in now.
Start a new chat inside the right project when you switch clients or topics.
Review your memories
Open Memories to see what JeremyAI remembers. Each memory shows which project it belongs to. Memories that are not in any project show as Universal. Those are used by chats that are not in a project, not by chats inside a project.
From the Memories page you can review, edit, or delete any memory.
Depending on your plan, there is a limit on how many memories you can keep. The Memories page shows how many you have used. When you reach the limit, delete memories you no longer need before adding more.
Projects
Open Projects to see your projects. Each project groups related chats and keeps its own memory. Open a project to see its chats and clean up the ones you no longer need.
If it still looks wrong
If a chat inside a project is using details from a different project, email [email protected] and include:
the account email you use for JeremyAI
the chat link
the project the chat is in
what JeremyAI remembered, or failed to remember
a screenshot if possible
