🔌 Works best with your CRM, inbox, or Slack. Connect one, like Gmail, and Jeremy AI counts the real questions for you. It only reads.

Turn a week of member questions into the top 5, FAQ answers and fixes.

You'll see the questions pasted in, the ranking, the FAQ answers and the fixes.

What this use case does and who it's for

You paste a week of questions. Jeremy AI groups them into topics and counts each one. It ranks the top 5. For each, it writes a ready-to-post FAQ answer, and suggests the one piece of content or process doc that would stop the question from being asked again.

It's for coaches, community owners and support leads who answer the same questions every week. Stop answering. Fix the cause.

Nothing's posted or sent. It's drafts only.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • A week of real questions from your community, inbox or DMs. The sample uses 25. Number them.

  • Names are optional. Leave them out if you like.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI and start a new chat.

  2. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.

  3. Paste the prompt with your questions in place of the sample ones.

  4. Click Send message. A thread opens.

  5. Wait about 1 to 2 minutes.

  6. Scroll the clusters, the top-5 table, the FAQ answers and the fixes. If a file card appears, open it.

  7. Check the counts against your own tally.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The community, the questions and the names are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Find the top 5 questions in these SAMPLE (made-up) member questions from one week of a made-up community, "SAMPLE Launchpad Community". Use ONLY the questions below. Don't invent questions or counts.

DO THIS:
1. Cluster the questions into topics. Show each topic with its count and the question numbers.
2. Rank the TOP 5 topics by count (show a small table).
3. For each of the top 5, write a ready-to-post FAQ answer (2 to 3 lines) that I can paste in the community. Use placeholders like [LINK] where a link is needed.
4. For each of the top 5, suggest one piece of content or one process doc that would stop the question from being asked again.
Drafts only. Nothing is posted or sent.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Number the questions. Every topic shows which numbers it covers, so you can spot-check it.

  • Keep "Use ONLY the questions below." It stops invented questions and counts.

  • Keep the placeholders. The prompt uses [LINK] where a link goes. Fill them in before you post.

  • Run it weekly. Paste a fresh week each Monday. Watch which topics keep coming back.

  • Ask for your format. Want the top 10, or answers in your voice? Change items 2 and 3.

  • Paste your tone in. Add a line like "Answer in a friendly, short, no-fluff voice."

  • Use the fixes. The "stop it from being asked again" idea is where the time savings are.

The result to expect

Questions grouped by topic, each with its count and question numbers. A small top-5 table. A 2 to 3 line FAQ answer for each top topic. One content or process-doc suggestion for each.

With the sample, the 25 questions rank like this:

  1. Replays and recordings: 5.

  2. Login and password reset: 5.

  3. Next live call time: 4.

  4. Bonus templates and downloads: 4.

  5. Billing (card, invoice, receipt): 4.

Ranks 1 and 2 tie at 5. Ranks 3, 4 and 5 tie at 4. The order within a tie can differ. Three topics were asked only once.

The suggested fixes look like a replay hub page, a password reset guide, a pinned call schedule, a bonus library page and a billing FAQ.

The questions and names are sample data.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • The counts look wrong. Count by hand. Jeremy AI's wording varies between runs, so check the counts and the ranking. If it's off, send it again.

  • Similar questions got split. Tell Jeremy AI to merge them, like "replay" and "recording."

  • A [LINK] is left in an answer. Replace it before you post.

  • You expected it to post the FAQ. It doesn't. Copy the answers and post them yourself.

  • Real names in the paste. Names aren't needed. Number the questions and drop the names.
