đ Works best with your member data. Connect Whop or Google Sheets and Jeremy AI picks who needs a touch. It sends nothing.
Paste your activity export. Get one file back: an activity table sorted by days since login, three short check-in drafts by status, a not-provided list and a check table. Nothing is sent.
You'll see the SAMPLE activity export pasted in with the rules, the plan built in about 4 seconds on screen (the real wait was about 178 seconds), the file saved with nothing sent, the activity table sorted by days since login, the three touch drafts, the not-provided list and the check table.
What this use case does and who it's for
You run a course or a coaching program. Some students are going strong. Some went quiet two weeks ago. You know you should check in. Then you don't, because writing six different notes takes time. Or you send one generic blast and it lands wrong.
Here's the shortcut. Paste your activity export. Jeremy AI sorts students by how long since they logged in. It sets each one's status from your tier rules. Then it drafts one short note per status. Four parts:
An activity table. Four columns: student, days since login, lessons done and status. One row per student, most days since login first.
Three touch drafts. One each for low activity, watch and active. Each has a subject and a body of 50 words or fewer. Each offers only resources you listed.
A not-provided list. Everything the drafts need that you didn't give, like a coach name or links.
A check table. Three columns: item, source and status. It confirms the rules were followed.
It's for course creators, coaches and community owners who want a steady, kind check-in routine. It's drafts only. Jeremy AI doesn't send anything.
What you need before you start
A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.
Your activity export. The sample is made up: SAMPLE Momentum Course, a 12-lesson online course with six students (S-01 to S-06). Each row has days since login and lessons done out of 12.
Your tier rules. The sample sets low activity at 7 or more days since login, watch at 4 to 6 days and active at 0 to 3 days.
A list of resources that exist. The sample lists three: the Module 3 worksheet, the Thursday live Q&A and the community channel. The drafts can only offer these.
Honest gaps. The sample says the coach name, links, student names, email addresses and community post counts are "not provided."
The rules. The sample uses HARD RULES: copy every number exactly, never calculate a total, average or percentage, never predict what a student will do, never claim what most students do, never mention refunds, cancellation, pauses, discounts, guarantees or shaming, and never address you by name.
How to set it up
You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.
Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.
Paste the prompt below. Swap your own export, tier rules and resources in where the sample ones are.
Click Send message.
Wait. The walkthrough speeds this part up. In real time it took about three minutes.
When it says the file is saved, read the chat summary first.
Open the file card and read the activity table.
Scroll to the three drafts, the not-provided list and the check table.
The prompt
This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The course, the students and every number are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.
Act as my "Student Engagement" worker for SAMPLE Momentum Course, a 12-lesson online course (all data below is made up). Turn the SAMPLE activity export below into a check-in plan. Create ONE file named student-engagement-touches.md using the file tool (reply with a short summary only) with: 1) an ACTIVITY TABLE with exactly 4 columns (student, days since login, lessons done, status), one row per student, sorted from most days since login to fewest, status taken from the tier rules below, 2) THREE TOUCH DRAFTS, one per status (low activity, watch, active), each with a subject and a body of 50 words or fewer that offers only a resource listed below, 3) a NOT PROVIDED list, 4) a CHECK table with exactly 3 columns (item, source, status). Use the placeholders "[link: not provided]" and "[coach name: not provided]" in every draft. TIER RULES: low activity = 7 or more days since login, watch = 4 to 6 days, active = 0 to 3 days. HARD RULES: copy every number exactly, never calculate a total, average, percentage or new number; never predict what a student will do and never claim what most students do; never mention refunds, cancellation, pauses, discounts, guarantees or shaming; offer only the stated resources; never infer a detail not stated; write "not provided"; every table has 4 columns or fewer and cells of 12 words or fewer; never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Drafts only, nothing is sent.
ACTIVITY EXPORT (SAMPLE):
- S-01, 12 days since login, 2 of 12 lessons done.
- S-02, 5 days since login, 6 of 12 lessons done.
- S-03, 1 day since login, 9 of 12 lessons done.
- S-04, 8 days since login, 4 of 12 lessons done.
- S-05, 3 days since login, 7 of 12 lessons done.
- S-06, 6 days since login, 3 of 12 lessons done.
Resources that exist: the Module 3 worksheet, the Thursday live Q&A, the community channel.
Not provided: coach name, links, student names, email addresses, community post counts.
Prompting tips and how to adapt it
Give the tiers as numbers. The prompt says low activity is 7 or more days, watch is 4 to 6 and active is 0 to 3. Jeremy AI applies them. It doesn't guess who "seems" disengaged.
List the resources that exist. The drafts can only offer what you list. If you don't list a resource, it can't appear. That keeps the notes honest.
Use IDs, not names. The sample uses S-01 to S-06 and says student names are "not provided." You match the IDs to real people yourself.
Use placeholders for what's missing. The prompt says to use "[link: not provided]" and "[coach name: not provided]" in every draft. You fill them in before you send.
Ban new numbers. The prompt says never calculate a total, average, percentage or new number. The days and lessons appear as you listed them.
Ban predictions. The prompt says never predict what a student will do and never claim what most students do.
Cap the length. Each body is 50 words or fewer. Cells are 12 words or fewer and tables have 4 columns or fewer.
Adapt it. Swap in any program: a workshop, a membership or a cohort. Change the cutoffs or add a fourth status.
The result to expect
One Markdown file named student-engagement-touches.md, titled "Student Engagement Touches: SAMPLE Momentum Course." It starts with "Drafts only. Nothing has been sent." With the sample data you should see:
A 4-column activity table with six rows, sorted from most days since login to fewest. S-01: 12 days, 2 of 12 lessons, low activity. S-04: 8 days, 4 of 12, low activity. S-06: 6 days, 3 of 12, watch. S-02: 5 days, 6 of 12, watch. S-05: 3 days, 7 of 12, active. S-03: 1 day, 9 of 12, active.
Three touch drafts. Each has a subject, a short body and the two placeholders for the link and the coach name. Every draft offers two of your listed resources.
Low activity. It offers the Module 3 worksheet and mentions the Thursday live Q&A. Those are two listed resources.
Watch. It points to the Thursday live Q&A and the community channel.
Active. It points to the community channel and mentions the Thursday live Q&A.
A not-provided list. Five items: coach name, links, student names, email addresses and community post counts.
A 3-column check table. Seven rows, each marked "done": the table is sorted, status follows the tier rules, numbers are copied exactly with none calculated, one draft per status, bodies are 50 words or fewer, placeholders are in every draft and only listed resources are offered.
The chat reply summarizes the file and says nothing was sent.
These are sample results from a made-up course. Wording changes from run to run. Read every draft before you send anything.
Common mistakes and fixes
A draft offers a resource you never listed. Delete it. Remind it: "Offer only the resources listed."
A discount, pause or refund shows up. Delete it. Remind it: "Never mention refunds, cancellation, pauses, discounts or guarantees."
A draft shames the student. Rewrite it. Remind it: "Never shame. Keep the tone kind and factual."
A prediction appears, like "you'll finish soon." Delete it. Remind it: "Never predict what a student will do."
A claim about most students appears. Delete it. Remind it: "Never claim what most students do."
A new number appears. Delete it. Remind it: "Never calculate a total, average, percentage or new number."
A status doesn't match your tiers. Fix it by hand and say: "Apply the tier rules exactly."
A draft runs long. Remind it: "Each body is 50 words or fewer."
You send a draft with placeholders still in it. Don't. Fill in the link and the coach name first.
You send it as is. Don't. Read each draft once, match it to the right students, then send it yourself.
