🔌 Works best with your ad account and CRM. Connect them and Jeremy AI builds the report from the week's real numbers. It only reads.

One paste of messy weekly numbers. One client-ready deck you can send today.

You'll see the paste, the deck build, the 6 slides and the export menu.

What this use case does and who it's for

You paste a month of weekly ad numbers. Jeremy AI hands back a 6-slide deck. It does the funnel math, names the one biggest leak in plain English, and lays out a 30-day plan with an owner for each action.

It's for agency owners who run ads for coaches and info-business clients and dread the monthly report. It also works if you're a coach reporting to a business partner or an investor.

Here's why it matters. Clients judge an agency on its reporting. And reports eat an evening per client. This gets you the evening back.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • Your weekly numbers: ad spend, impressions, link clicks, opt-ins, calls booked, calls showed, deals closed and cash collected.

  • A short list of what you did each week (new creative, page changes, new follow-up steps).

  • The client's goal, like "40 sales a month at under $600 cost per sale."

  • Your targets, if you have them. The sample uses example targets of about 1.6% CTR and a 45% show rate. Set your own.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI and go to Chats.

  2. Click Create a new chat.

  3. Paste the prompt below. Swap in your client's numbers, goal and notes.

  4. Click Send message.

  5. Wait about 1.5 to 3 minutes. A deck card shows up in the reply.

  6. Open the deck in the viewer and click through the 6 slides.

  7. Open the download menu. You'll see PPTX and PDF. Download the one you want, then send it to your client yourself.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The client, the agency and every number in it are SAMPLE data. Replace them with yours.

Build my client's monthly report as a 6-slide deck I can send today. Use ONLY the numbers below. If something is missing, write [missing] instead of guessing. Do not invent targets beyond these: CTR target about 1.6%, show rate target 45%.
CLIENT: SAMPLE Summit Strength Coaching (made-up data). Agency: SAMPLE Northline Media.
Goal: 40 sales a month at under $600 ad cost per sale.
WEEKLY NUMBERS (week, ad_spend, impressions, link_clicks, optins, calls_booked, calls_showed, deals_closed, cash_collected):
Week 1 (Sep 28-Oct 4), 3200, 118000, 2124, 531, 68, 37, 8, 24000
Week 2 (Oct 5-Oct 11), 3400, 121000, 2057, 452, 59, 31, 7, 21000
Week 3 (Oct 12-Oct 18), 3600, 126000, 1890, 359, 48, 26, 6, 18000
Week 4 (Oct 19-Oct 25), 3800, 131000, 1834, 349, 50, 27, 7, 21000
WHAT WE DID: W1 launched 3 new video hooks. W2 changed the opt-in page headline. W3 no new creative went live. W4 updated the booking confirmation page.
Slides: 1) The month in one line (sales, cash, ROAS, cost per sale vs the goal). 2) The funnel, step by step, with the conversion rate at each step, month total. 3) What worked. 4) What is leaking (the ONE biggest problem, in plain English a business owner understands). 5) The next 30 days: 3 actions, one owner each, one metric each. 6) What we need from you this month. Keep each slide to a headline plus at most 4 short lines. Make it look clean and professional. Export as a downloadable deck.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Keep "Use ONLY the numbers below." It stops Jeremy AI from making up targets.

  • Keep "[missing]." If a number isn't there, you'll see a gap instead of a guess.

  • Give the funnel in order. Spend, impressions, clicks, opt-ins, booked, showed, closed, cash. The conversion rates fall out of that order.

  • Write what you did each week. That's how the deck connects a result to a cause. In the sample, the week with no new creative is the week things slid.

  • Set your own targets. Change the CTR and show-rate lines to match your client's goals.

  • Not an ads funnel? Swap the columns for your steps, like leads, calls and closes. Keep the same slide list.

  • Want a different slide count? Change "6-slide" and the slide list. Keep each slide to a headline plus a few short lines.

The result to expect

You get a 6-slide deck you can download as PPTX or PDF:

  1. The month in one line.

  2. The funnel, step by step, with the conversion rate at each step.

  3. What worked.

  4. What's leaking.

  5. The next 30 days, with three actions, an owner and a metric for each.

  6. What you need from the client.

With the sample data, slide 4 names the real problem. The ad creative looks like the cause. CTR slid from 1.8% to 1.4%, which is below the 1.6% target, and the click-to-opt-in rate slid from 25% to 19%. Show rate sits near 54%, above the 45% target.

The honest read is that efficiency is fine and volume is short. Cost per sale is $500, which beats the $600 goal. But 28 sales misses the goal of 40.

These are sample numbers. Month totals for the sample: spend $14,000, 28 sales, $84,000 cash, ROAS 6.0x. Your numbers will be yours.

The slides are text-only. Don't expect charts.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • The numbers on slide 2 look off. Answers can vary between runs. Check slide 2 against your own spreadsheet before you send. If it's wrong, send the prompt again.

  • You expected charts. The deck is clean text slides. Add charts in PowerPoint if the client wants them.

  • You expected it to email the client. It doesn't send anything. Download it and send it yourself.

  • The deck blames the wrong thing. Add a line to "WHAT WE DID" so Jeremy AI knows what changed each week.

  • A number's missing. Look for "[missing]" and fill it in. Don't let it slide.
