đ Works best with your member data. Connect Whop or Google Sheets and Jeremy AI finds who to check in with. It sends nothing.
Paste your student progress sheet. Get one file: every student sorted into a group, a warm check-in text for the ones who stalled, a testimonial ask for the ones winning, and a handoff note for the owner on anyone upset. Nothing is sent.
You'll see the sample sheet of 8 students pasted in, the file built at 8x speed, the table that puts every student in a group, the warm check-in texts, the testimonial asks and the handoff notes. The owner's name in the handoff heading is blurred. Nothing is sent.
What this use case does and who it's for
If you run a course or a coaching program, you know the pattern. Some students go quiet. Some post big wins and nobody asks them for a testimonial. A couple get frustrated, and those are the ones you can't answer with a canned reply.
Jeremy AI reads your progress sheet and puts every student in exactly ONE group:
STALLED. No login for 10 or more days and under 50 percent of modules done. Each gets a short, warm, personal check-in text.
CELEBRATE. Reported a win in 2 or more recent messages. Each gets a congratulation and a testimonial ask for 2 sentences and a photo. The AI never suggests what they should say.
ESCALATE. Frustrated, wants to quit, or mentions money or a refund. Each gets a handoff note for the owner. There is no reply to the student.
ON TRACK. Everyone else. No message needed.
You get one Markdown file with a table of all students (student, group and a one-line reason quoted from the sheet), then the drafts. It's for course creators, coaches and community managers. You stay in charge. Everything is a draft. Jeremy AI doesn't text or email a single student.
What you need before you start
A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.
A progress sheet. For each student: name, modules done out of the total, days since last login and their recent messages. Use first name and last initial only.
Your own rules for each group. The sample uses 10 or more days and under 50 percent for STALLED, and 2 or more recent wins for CELEBRATE.
A rule for what the output must never say. The sample uses HARD RULES: never offer discounts, refunds, free extensions, pauses or downgrades, and never invent results that aren't in the sheet.
Someone to send the messages. A human sends them, not Jeremy AI.
How to set it up
You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build. This version works from a pasted sheet, or from Whop or Google Sheets if you connect one. It doesn't connect to your course platform or your inbox.
Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.
Paste the prompt below. Swap in your business name and your own sheet.
Click Send message.
Wait. In the walkthrough, the video runs the build at 8x speed and it takes about a minute. A bigger sheet takes longer.
When it says the file is saved, open the file card.
Read the table first. Does every student's group and quote look right?
Read the STALLED drafts. Do they sound like you?
Read the CELEBRATE drafts. Make sure the ask leaves the wording to the student.
Read the handoff notes. Reach out to those students yourself.
Edit, then send the messages yourself.
The prompt
This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The academy, the eight students and every number are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.
Act as my "Accountability Check-in and Testimonial Ask" worker for SAMPLE Northstar Academy (all data below is made up, students are shown by first name and last initial only). Read the progress sheet and put every student in ONE group: STALLED (no login for 10 or more days and under 50 percent of modules done), CELEBRATE (reported a win in 2 or more recent messages), ESCALATE (frustrated, wants to quit, or mentions money or refunds), or ON TRACK. Save ONE file named checkin-and-testimonial-queue.md with a table of all 8 students (student, group, one-line reason quoting the sheet), then: a short, warm, personal check-in text for each STALLED student, a congratulation plus a testimonial ask for each CELEBRATE student (ask for 2 sentences and a photo, never suggest what to say), and a handoff note for each ESCALATE student for me instead of a reply. HARD RULES: never offer discounts, refunds, free extensions, pauses or downgrades; never invent results that are not in the sheet. Drafts only, a human sends them, nothing is sent.
PROGRESS SHEET (student | modules done of 8 | days since last login | recent messages):
1) Maya L | 7 of 8 | 1 | "Got my first 3 leads this week!" and "Cost per lead down to $9, so happy"
2) Tom R | 2 of 8 | 14 | none
3) Priya S | 4 of 8 | 2 | "Finished module 4, on schedule"
4) Jon B | 3 of 8 | 6 | "I want my money back, this isn't working for me"
5) Ana K | 8 of 8 | 0 | "Booked my first client from the ad" and "Second client signed today"
6) Lee W | 1 of 8 | 21 | none
7) Sam P | 5 of 8 | 3 | "Question about lesson 5.2 only"
8) Ivy C | 3 of 8 | 12 | "Falling behind and honestly feeling overwhelmed, thinking of quitting"
Prompting tips and how to adapt it
Keep "ONE group" per student. It stops students showing up in two lists.
Define each group with numbers. "10 or more days and under 50 percent" gives the same answer every week.
Ask for a one-line reason quoting the sheet. You can check every call in seconds.
Keep "never suggest what to say" in the testimonial ask. Scripted testimonials sound fake. Ask for 2 sentences and a photo, in their own words.
Send upset students to a human. Ask for a handoff note, not a reply. Money, quitting and frustration need a person.
Keep the HARD RULES. Say what the output must never offer. Say "never invent results" so a win can only come from the sheet.
Ask for short, personal texts. Say "short, warm, personal." Add "no guilt" if your students respond badly to pressure.
Ask for ONE Markdown file. Say ".md" so you can preview it in the file card.
Run it weekly. Update the sheet each Monday and paste the new numbers.
Change the thresholds. A short course may need 5 days, not 10. Edit the numbers in the prompt.
The result to expect
One Markdown file named checkin-and-testimonial-queue.md, titled "Check-in & Testimonial Queue" and marked as drafts only. With the sample sheet, you should see:
A table of all 8 students. Maya L and Ana K are CELEBRATE. Tom R and Lee W are STALLED. Jon B and Ivy C are ESCALATE. Priya S and Sam P are ON TRACK. Each row quotes the sheet.
A note on Ivy C. She also meets the STALLED rule, but the quit signal takes priority, so she goes in ESCALATE.
Check-in texts for Tom and Lee. They're warm, they ask what's going on, and they suggest one small next step, like 20 minutes in a module. They don't push or offer anything.
Testimonial asks for Maya and Ana. Each congratulates them on the real win from the sheet. Then each asks for two sentences in their own words and a photo, with "no script from us."
Handoff notes for the owner. Jon asked for his money back. The note says this needs a personal touch, and that no refund offers, discounts or downgrades go out from the drafts. It suggests a direct call or personal message first.
A scope line. "Drafts only. A human reviews and sends everything. Nothing is sent automatically."
Nothing on screen offers a discount, a refund, a free extension, a pause or a downgrade. In the walkthrough the file is about 650 words.
These are sample results from made-up students. Wording changes from run to run. Check every group against your own sheet and every quote against what the student said.
Common mistakes and fixes
A student is in the wrong group. Check your numbers. Tighten the rule, like "STALLED needs both: 10 or more days AND under 50 percent."
The AI offers a refund, discount or extension. Delete it. Remind it: "Never offer discounts, refunds, free extensions, pauses or downgrades."
It writes a reply to an upset student. That's not the job. Remind it: "ESCALATE students get a handoff note for me, not a reply."
The testimonial ask includes a script. Remove it. Say: "Never suggest what to say. Ask for 2 sentences and a photo in their own words."
It invents a result. Delete it. Remind it: "Use only results quoted in the sheet."
The check-in text sounds like a robot. Ask for "shorter, warmer, one question only." Add a line about how you really talk.
A student is missing from the table. Ask for "all 8 students, one row each."
The file comes back as a Word file with no preview. Ask again, and keep "save ONE file named checkin-and-testimonial-queue.md."
You expected it to text the students. It doesn't. A human sends every message.
Real student details in a test. For practice, use made-up names. Use first name and last initial only.
