🔌 Works best with your CRM and ad account. Connect GoHighLevel and Meta Ads and Jeremy AI pulls the week's numbers for you. It only reads.

Paste last week's ad spend, stalled deals, overdue invoices and renewals. Get ONE scoreboard image: spend vs plan, your top 3 actions with dollars, and a budget move held for your approval. Nothing sent.

You'll see the sample numbers pasted in, the scoreboard built and checked, and the finished image with the spend vs plan chart, the top 3 actions and the budget move held for approval. Nothing is sent.

What this use case does and who it's for

Monday morning, you've got numbers in five places. Ad spend here. Stalled deals there. Invoices somewhere else. You don't need five tabs. You need one page that tells you what to do first.

Jeremy AI builds that page as a single PNG image. You get:

  1. A spend vs plan bar chart for each campaign, with the cost per booked call next to it.

  2. Your 3 biggest action items, ranked 1 to 3, with the dollars at stake.

  3. A recommended budget reallocation between campaigns you already run. It's marked HOLD FOR APPROVAL.

It's for agency owners, coaches and info-product owners who run a few campaigns and a short pipeline. You stay in charge. The image is a draft. Jeremy AI doesn't move any budget and doesn't message anyone.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • Last week's numbers, pasted as text. For each campaign: the weekly plan, what you spent, leads and booked calls.

  • Your pipeline stalls: who, how many dollars, and why it's stuck.

  • Any overdue invoices and upcoming renewals.

  • A rule for what the output must never say. The sample uses a HARD RULE: no discounts, free work, pauses, downgrades, cheaper options or stopped campaigns. The budget move only shifts dollars between campaigns that keep running.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, start a new chat. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.

  2. Paste the prompt below. Swap in your own business name and your own numbers.

  3. Click Send message.

  4. Wait. Image builds take longer than text. Jeremy AI writes code, draws the chart and then checks the picture. It may retry a step if a file write fails. In the walkthrough, the real build took about 10 minutes, and the video runs it at 8x speed. Plan on several minutes and let it finish.

  5. When it says the task is complete, open the image card.

  6. Check every number against what you pasted.

  7. Check the budget move. It must say HOLD FOR APPROVAL, and every campaign must keep running.

  8. Download the PNG if you want to keep it. Make the budget call yourself.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The agency, the campaigns, the people and the numbers are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Build the Monday Scoreboard for "SAMPLE Northstar Growth Agency" (made-up data). Use ONLY the numbers below. Don't invent figures.
Render ONE clean PNG image, a one-page scoreboard in a tall portrait layout (about 1200x1500) with LARGE bold text, nothing smaller than 24 px, and no dates other than the ones I give you: (a) a bar chart of spend vs plan for the 4 campaigns, (b) the 3 biggest action items ranked 1 to 3, each with the dollar amount at stake, (c) a recommended budget reallocation: move dollars between the existing campaigns only, with the numbers, marked "HOLD FOR APPROVAL". Drafts only, nothing is sent or changed.
NUMBERS: Monthly ad budget $10,000, plan $2,500 per week. Webinar Registration plan $900, spent $1,150, 61 leads, 14 booked calls. Cold Traffic VSL plan $800, spent $780, 22 leads, 3 calls. Retargeting plan $500, spent $410, 18 leads, 9 calls. Lead Magnet Quiz plan $300, spent $330, 40 leads, 4 calls. Pipeline stalls: Dana R $4,000 proposal no reply 9 days; Marco T $2,500 no-show not rescheduled; Priya K $6,000 waiting on our contract 4 days. Overdue: Invoice 1042 SAMPLE Bright Dental $1,200 12 days overdue; Invoice 1047 SAMPLE Oak Fitness $800 5 days overdue. Renewal: SAMPLE Greenline Coaching $2,000 per month renews Nov 3.
HARD RULE: never recommend discounts, free work, pauses, downgrades, cheaper options, or stopping any campaign. Keep every campaign running; only shift dollars between them. Keep prices as stated.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Keep "Use ONLY the numbers below." It stops invented figures. A scoreboard with a made-up number is worse than no scoreboard.

  • Ask for ONE image. Say "one clean PNG" so you get a single page, not a pile of files.

  • Set a size and a minimum text size. The sample asks for a tall portrait page (about 1200x1500) and nothing smaller than 24 px. That keeps it readable on a phone.

  • Name the three blocks. Spend vs plan, top 3 actions, budget reallocation. If you don't list the blocks, it will pick its own.

  • Ask for a ranking rule. The sample ranks actions by dollars at stake. You could rank by deadline instead.

  • Keep the HARD RULE. Say what the output must never recommend. Say what must stay the same, like "Keep prices as stated."

  • Keep "HOLD FOR APPROVAL" and "drafts only." The budget move is a suggestion, not a decision.

  • Limit the move to existing campaigns. The sample only shifts dollars between campaigns that already run.

  • Ask for a follow-up strip. The sample's top 3 are three stalled deals. If you also want overdue invoices and renewals on the page, ask for a fourth strip after the first image lands.

  • Reuse it every Monday. Paste the new numbers, change the dates, send.

The result to expect

One PNG image, saved as a file card in the chat. With the sample numbers, the page is titled SAMPLE Northstar Growth Agency, Monday Scoreboard. You should see:

  • A spend vs plan bar chart for 4 campaigns. A gray bar for the plan and a black bar for the spend. Webinar Registration is $1,150 spent vs a $900 plan. Cold Traffic VSL is $780 vs $800. Retargeting is $410 vs $500. Lead Magnet Quiz is $330 vs $300.

  • Cost per booked call next to each campaign. $82, $260, $46 and $83. Check the math yourself: spend divided by booked calls.

  • A ranked top 3. 1) Priya K, $6,000 at stake: waiting on our contract for 4 days, send it today. 2) Dana R, $4,000: no reply for 9 days, follow up now. 3) Marco T, $2,500: no-show, not rescheduled, rebook the call.

  • A budget reallocation, boxed and marked HOLD FOR APPROVAL. Move $200 a week from Cold Traffic VSL to Retargeting, and $100 a week from Cold Traffic VSL to Webinar Registration. New weekly plans: Webinar $1,000, VSL $500, Retargeting $700, Quiz $300. The total stays at $2,500 a week, and every campaign keeps running.

  • A footer line. "Drafts only. Nothing sent, nothing changed."

Here's the finished sample image, taken from the walkthrough:

In the chat, Jeremy AI also tells you the overdue invoices and the renewal didn't get their own block, and offers to add a fourth strip for them. Say yes if you want them on the page.

These are sample results from made-up numbers. The layout and wording change from run to run. Check that every number matches what you pasted, that the three actions are ranked right and that the budget move still adds up to your weekly total.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • The build is slow, or you see a retry. That's normal for images. You may see a message like "That last write was corrupted" while it saves a fresh file. Let it finish. Don't send a second prompt in the same chat while it works.

  • The image comes back blank or cut off. Ask again: "Rebuild the PNG. One page, about 1200x1500, nothing cut off."

  • The text is too small to read. Remind it: "Nothing smaller than 24 px." Ask for bigger text.

  • A number doesn't match. Fix it by asking: "Use ONLY the numbers I gave you. Redo the chart." Always check the dollars.

  • The top 3 isn't what you expected. Tell it how to rank. "Rank by dollars at stake" or "rank by deadline."

  • The invoices or the renewal are missing. They're not in the top 3 by dollars. Ask for a fourth strip, or change the ranking rule.

  • The budget move suggests stopping a campaign, a discount or a downgrade. Don't use it. Remind it: "Keep every campaign running. Only shift dollars. Never recommend discounts, free work, pauses or downgrades."

  • The weekly total changed. The move must add up. Ask it to keep the total at your weekly plan.

  • You expected it to change your ad budgets. It doesn't. It's a recommendation. You make the change yourself, in your own ad account.

  • Real client names in a test. For practice, use made-up names and numbers.
