🔌 Works best with your billing tool. Connect Stripe or Whop and Jeremy AI reads your product and plan details for the offer sheet. It only reads. It only writes drafts.

Paste your offer sheet. Get one file: a 7-email onboarding sequence for brand-new members, from Day 0 to Day 30, with a timeline table, a short draft of every email and a fact check that ties every claim back to your sheet. Nothing is sent.

You'll see the SAMPLE offer sheet pasted in with the rules, the 7-email sequence built at 3x speed, the day-by-day timeline table and the fact check that ties every claim to the offer sheet. Nothing is sent.

What this use case does and who it's for

A new member buys, logs in once and goes quiet. The first 30 days decide whether they finish. Most course owners know they need an onboarding sequence, and it's the job that never gets written. The other problem is trust. You don't want a tool inventing results, deadlines or discounts in emails that go out under your name.

Jeremy AI takes your offer sheet and writes the whole sequence in one file. The file has three parts:

  1. A timeline table. Email number, send day, subject line and one goal for each email.

  2. The full draft of each email. Subject, preview line, a body under 120 words and one clear call to action.

  3. A fact check list. It shows which line of your offer sheet each claim came from.

The send days are Day 0, Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 14, Day 21 and Day 30.

It's for course creators, coaches and info-product owners whose new members go quiet in the first month. You stay in charge. Everything is a draft. Jeremy AI doesn't send anything.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • An offer sheet with the real facts: how many modules, how long access lasts, where members log in, what's in which module, when live calls run, how to get support and how to get a certificate.

  • A list of what's not provided, such as student results or price. It keeps the AI from filling gaps with made-up proof.

  • The rules for what the emails must never do. The sample uses HARD RULES: use only facts and numbers from the offer sheet, never invent or round up a result, testimonial or deadline, never offer or mention discounts, free months, refunds, pauses or downgrades, and never address you by name.

  • Your email tool. Jeremy AI writes the drafts. You paste them in and schedule them yourself.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.

  2. Paste the prompt below. Swap in your own course and your real offer sheet.

  3. Click Send message.

  4. Wait. The walkthrough runs this at 3x speed. In real time it took about a minute.

  5. When it says the file is saved, read the chat summary first.

  6. Open the file card and check the timeline table.

  7. Read the fact check list against your offer sheet, line by line.

  8. Copy the emails into your email tool, add your own sign-off and schedule them yourself.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The course, the offer sheet and every number are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Act as my "30-Day Onboarding Email Sequence" worker for SAMPLE Ad Launch Lab, a SAMPLE paid-ads course (all data below is made up). Write a 7-email onboarding sequence for brand-new members using ONLY the offer sheet below. Save ONE file named onboarding-sequence.md with: 1) a timeline table (email number, send day, subject line, one goal), 2) the full draft of each email (subject, preview line, body under 120 words, one clear call to action), 3) a FACT CHECK list showing which line of the offer sheet each claim came from. Send days: Day 0, Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 14, Day 21, Day 30. HARD RULES: use ONLY facts and numbers from the offer sheet, never invent or round up a result, testimonial or deadline, and write "not provided" if something is missing; never offer or mention discounts, free months, refunds, pauses or downgrades; never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file, and use [First Name] as the greeting placeholder. Drafts only, nothing is sent.
OFFER SHEET (SAMPLE Ad Launch Lab):
- 8 modules, lessons available for 12 months from purchase, login at the member portal with the purchase email.
- Module 2 has the ad account setup checklist (Lesson 2.3). Module 4 covers how to set and review a starting budget (Lesson 4.2).
- Live Q&A calls run Thursdays at 1pm ET, replays are posted in Module 6 within 24 hours.
- Certificate: finish all 8 modules and submit the Module 8 quiz.
- Support: reply to this email, the support team answers questions.
- Student results: not provided. Price: not provided.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Paste the whole offer sheet. The emails are only as good as the facts. Include module names, lesson numbers, call times and support steps.

  • List what's not provided. Say it: "Student results: not provided. Price: not provided." Then it won't make up testimonials or prices.

  • Keep "use ONLY facts and numbers from the offer sheet." It stops invented claims.

  • Set the send days. The prompt lists Day 0, 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 30. Change them if your course runs on a different rhythm.

  • Cap the length. "Body under 120 words, one clear call to action" keeps every email short and easy to act on.

  • Use a placeholder greeting. The prompt says to use [First Name]. Your email tool fills in the real name when it sends.

  • Ask for the fact check. It's a list of each claim and the offer sheet line behind it. That's how you catch a mistake in two minutes.

  • Ask for ONE Markdown file. Say ".md" so you can preview it in the file card.

  • Keep the HARD RULES. Never invent or round up a result, testimonial or deadline, and never offer or mention discounts, free months, refunds, pauses or downgrades.

  • Adapt it. Swap in a different product, such as a membership, a cohort program or a coaching package. Change the facts and the send days. Keep the rules.

The result to expect

One Markdown file named onboarding-sequence.md, titled "SAMPLE Ad Launch Lab: 30-Day Onboarding Email Sequence (Drafts Only, Nothing Sent)." With the sample offer sheet you should see:

  • A timeline table with 7 rows. For example: Day 0, "You're in: log in to Ad Launch Lab," with the goal of getting the member logged into the portal. Day 3 points to the ad account setup checklist in Module 2. Day 7 covers the budgets lesson. Day 14 invites the member to the Thursday live Q&A. Day 21 keeps momentum through the middle modules. Day 30 maps the path to the certificate.

  • Seven full drafts. Each one has a subject, a preview line, a short body and one call to action. They greet the member with [First Name].

  • Only facts from the sheet. 8 modules, 12 months of access, the Lesson 2.3 checklist, the Module 4 budgets lesson (Lesson 4.2), live Q&A on Thursdays at 1pm ET with replays in Module 6 within 24 hours, and the certificate rule: all 8 modules plus the Module 8 quiz.

  • A fact check list. Each claim sits next to the quote from the offer sheet. Student results and price show as "not provided," and nothing is referenced that isn't on the sheet. Testimonials, results and deadlines beyond the sheet are marked as none used.

The chat reply confirms nothing was sent and the emails contain no discounts, refunds or invented proof.

These are sample results from made-up facts. Wording changes from run to run. Check every claim against your own offer sheet.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • An email invents a result or a testimonial. Delete it. Remind it: "Student results: not provided. Never invent a result or testimonial."

  • A deadline or bonus shows up. Remove it. Say: "Never invent a deadline. Use only the dates and times in the offer sheet."

  • It offers a discount, a free month, a refund or a pause. Delete the line. Remind it: "Never offer or mention discounts, free months, refunds, pauses or downgrades."

  • An email runs long. Ask: "Keep every body under 120 words with one call to action."

  • It greets the member by a real name. Ask for [First Name] only, so your email tool fills it in.

  • The timeline and the drafts don't match. Ask: "Make the table's subject lines and send days match the drafts exactly."

  • The fact check is missing a claim. Ask: "Add every claim in every email to the fact check list."

  • The file has no preview. Ask again, and keep "save ONE file named onboarding-sequence.md."

  • You scheduled it without reading it. Don't. Read the fact check against your sheet first. Jeremy AI doesn't send anything, and you decide when it goes out.

  • Real member details in a test. For practice, use a made-up course.
