🔌 Works best with your calendar. Connect Google Calendar or Zoom and Jeremy AI reads the event date, time and length for you. It only reads. It sends nothing.

Paste your workshop plan. Get one file back: an event summary, a run-of-show table, a pre-event checklist and a claims check. It uses only what's in your plan. Nothing is sent or published.

You'll see the SAMPLE plan pasted in with the rules, the run-of-show built at 6x speed, the file saved with nothing sent, the event summary, the six segments with their given times, the five-item checklist and the claims check.

What this use case does and who it's for

You've got a workshop or webinar coming up. The plan lives in your notes, or your head. The day before, you scramble to figure out who's doing what at what time, and what's still missing.

Here's the shortcut. Paste the plan into Jeremy AI. It turns it into a run-of-show you can hand to your team. Four parts:

  1. An event summary. Three columns: item, detail and source. Title, date, host, platform and length.

  2. A run-of-show table. Four columns: time, segment, who and plan note. One row per segment, in the order you gave them. It uses only your clock times.

  3. A pre-event checklist. Five bullets, built only from items in your plan.

  4. A claims check. Three columns: claim, source and status.

It's for agency owners, coaches and ops leads who run live sessions. It's a draft. Jeremy AI doesn't email, post or publish anything.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • Your workshop plan. The sample is made up: "3 Ad Changes for Multi-Location Gyms," Thursday November 12, hosted by Dana K on Zoom, 90 minutes. It has six segments from 12:00 to 13:25.

  • Your real details. This part matters. The sample plan says "slides: not provided" and "moderator: not provided." It also says the registration page, reminder emails, recording plan and attendee counts are not provided. That's why the checklist shows "not provided" on those lines.

  • The rules for what the run-of-show must never do. The sample uses HARD RULES: only the clock times you gave, never calculate an end time, total or duration, never invent a segment, speaker, slide or guest, no offers, and never address you by name.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.

  2. Paste the prompt below. Swap your own plan in where the sample one is.

  3. Add your real slides, your moderator, your registration page, your reminder emails and your recording plan to the plan. Do this before you send.

  4. Click Send message.

  5. Wait. The walkthrough runs this at 6x speed. In real time it took about a minute.

  6. When it says the file is saved, read the chat summary first.

  7. Open the file card and read the event summary.

  8. Scroll to the run-of-show table. Check every time and every plan note.

  9. Read the checklist and the claims check.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The company, the host and every number are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Act as my "Run-of-Show" worker for SAMPLE Lumen Growth, a paid-ads agency for gym owners (all data below is made up). Turn the SAMPLE workshop plan below into a run-of-show. Create ONE file named run-of-show.md using the file tool (reply with a short summary only) with: 1) an EVENT SUMMARY table with exactly 3 columns (item, detail, source), covering title, date, host, platform and length, 2) a RUN-OF-SHOW table with exactly 4 columns (time, segment, who, plan note), one row per segment in the order given, using only the clock times given, where plan note is only a note stated in the plan for that segment (such as "slides: not provided" or "moderator: not provided"), else the example numbers if that segment uses them, else "none stated", 3) a PRE-EVENT CHECKLIST of 5 bullets using only items in the plan, 4) a CLAIMS CHECK table with exactly 3 columns (claim, source, status). HARD RULES: never infer a tool, owner or detail not stated; write "not provided"; every table has 4 columns or fewer, short cell text of 12 words or fewer; use ONLY the plan, exact numbers and clock times only, never calculate a new number such as an end time, total or duration, and never invent a segment, speaker, slide, tool, guest or deadline; no general claims beyond the plan and no claims about what most attendees experience; never offer or mention discounts, bonuses, free trials, giveaways, pauses or downgrades; never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Drafts only, nothing is sent or published.
WORKSHOP PLAN (SAMPLE):
Title: "3 Ad Changes for Multi-Location Gyms". Date: Thursday, November 12. Host: Dana K. Platform: Zoom. Length: 90 minutes. Audience: gym owners.
Segments with clock times (Eastern time) and who, as stated:
12:00 Welcome and housekeeping - Dana K.
12:10 Change 1: one campaign per location - Dana K, slides: not provided.

12:50 Change 3: one booking page per location - Dana K.
13:10 Live Q and A - Dana K, moderator: not provided.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Fill in the gaps before you run it. The sample says "slides: not provided" and "moderator: not provided" on purpose. In your plan, write the real slide deck name and the real moderator. Then the plan notes and the checklist fill in with real items instead of "not provided."

  • Add your logistics. Put in your registration page, your reminder emails and your recording plan. The checklist is built only from items in the plan. If they're not in the plan, they show as not provided.

  • Give clock times. The run-of-show uses only the times you give. It will not work out an end time for you. If you want an end time, write it in the plan.

  • Say who's on each segment. The "who" column is only as good as your plan.

  • Keep cells short. The prompt says 12 words or fewer. Short cells fit the file panel with nothing cut off.

  • Ban new numbers. The prompt says never calculate a total, an end time or a duration. The only numbers in the sample are the ones you gave it.

  • Ask for the claims check. It's how you confirm every line in a couple of minutes.

  • Adapt it. Swap in any live event: a webinar, a client training, a team offsite or a launch call. Keep every table to 4 columns or fewer.

The result to expect

One Markdown file named run-of-show.md, titled "Run-of-Show: SAMPLE Workshop (Draft)." With the sample plan you should see:

  • A 3-column event summary. Title is "3 Ad Changes for Multi-Location Gyms." Date is Thursday, November 12 (Eastern time). Host is Dana K. Platform is Zoom. Length is 90 minutes. The source for each is the workshop plan.

  • A 4-column run-of-show table with six rows. 12:00 Welcome and housekeeping. 12:10 Change 1: one campaign per location, with the plan note "slides: not provided." 12:30 Change 2: keep the 2 best ads and stop the rest. 12:50 Change 3: one booking page per location. 13:10 Live Q and A, with the plan note "moderator: not provided." 13:25 Close and next step: book a 20-minute strategy call. The host on every row is Dana K. The other plan notes say "none stated."

  • A 5-bullet checklist, all "not provided" in the sample. Registration page, reminder emails, recording plan, attendee counts and slides. In your own run, these fill in with what you put in the plan.

  • A 3-column claims check. The workshop title, the 20-minute strategy call and the 90-minute length are "Stated." The Redwood numbers ($190 to $128 cost per member, 6 to 17 new members per month and a $4,000 monthly ad budget) are "Sample example." The file ends with "Draft only. Nothing sent or published."

The chat reply summarizes the file and offers quick follow-ups, like tightening the claims check or adding a note column detail. Nothing is sent or published.

These are sample results from a made-up agency. Wording changes from run to run. Read every line before you share it with your team.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • The checklist is full of "not provided." That's the tool working. Add your real slides, moderator, registration page, reminder emails and recording plan to the plan and run it again.

  • An end time or total shows up. Delete it. Remind it: "Never calculate an end time, total or duration."

  • A segment, speaker or guest you never mentioned appears. Say: "Never invent a segment, speaker, slide or guest. Use only the plan."

  • The plan note is filled in with something you never said. Say: "Plan note is only a note stated in the plan. Otherwise write 'none stated.'"

  • A table has more than 4 columns. Remind it: "Every table has 4 columns or fewer."

  • A cell is too long. Say: "Keep every cell to 12 words or fewer."

  • An offer shows up. Delete it. Remind it: "Never offer or mention discounts, bonuses, free trials, giveaways, pauses or downgrades."

  • A general claim sneaks in. Delete it. Remind it: "No claims about what most attendees experience."

  • You send it as is. Don't. Read it once, fix the gaps, then share it with your team yourself.
