đ Works best with your ad account and CRM. Connect them and Jeremy AI uses your real past numbers. It only reads.
Most people run a webinar on hope. They don't know what opt-in rate, show rate or close rate they need, they wing the event, and they send one email the day before. Webinar Launch Planner is a one-prompt Jeremy AI build. It turns your offer and ad budget into an interactive planner: a live money model with Low, Base and High scenarios, target checks against numbers you set, a run-of-show, objection prep, and a promo and reminder calendar around the event.
Who it's for
Coaches, consultants and agencies selling a high-ticket offer through a live webinar or virtual event.
Anyone about to put ad money behind a webinar who wants to know the break-even math first.
Goal
Know before launch day whether the webinar can make money, which number is the weak link, what to say on the day, and what to send around it.
What this build does
Builds one self-contained dark HTML app,
webinar-launch-planner.html, in the chat's file panel.Money model: Low, Base and High tabs plus sliders for ad spend, cost per registrant, opt-in, show and close rate. Tiles show visitors, registrants, attendees, sales, revenue, ROAS, cost per sale, cash per registrant and cash per attendee, with funnel bars.
Target badges that turn red, amber or green: opt-in rate vs your target and attendee close rate vs your target. Both targets are example values you can change.
A side-by-side table of all three scenarios.
A run-of-show timeline bar. Click a block to see its three talking points.
Objection prep cards for price, time and "tried before", each with a short spoken answer. Missing facts show as [not provided].
A promo and reminder calendar: sample emails, texts and a short replay window. Click a marker to see its job and a SAMPLE draft line.
A "Not provided" footer listing every fact it didn't invent.
Why it's valuable
It makes the numbers visible before you spend: model three scenarios, set your own targets for opt-in and close rate.
The badges show which number is below your target, before money is spent.
One build replaces a spreadsheet, a run-of-show doc, an objection script and a promo calendar.
When to use it
Two weeks before a webinar or virtual event.
After a webinar, with real numbers, to see what to fix next month.

Low: 2,000 / 500 / 100 / 4 sales, $24,000, 1.6x, $3,750 per sale. High: 2,222 / 1,000 / 400 / 40 sales, $240,000, 16.0x, $375 per sale.

The prompt

Act as my "Webinar Launch Planner" for SAMPLE Brightline Growth Academy, a made-up coaching program for agency owners (every input below is made up). Build ONE premium-looking, self-contained HTML app named webinar-launch-planner.html using the file tool (reply with a short summary only). DESIGN: a polished dark design system with clean spacing, a gradient accent colour, rounded cards, system font stack, subtle animations (fade-in on load, smooth transitions, hover lift on cards), and a header titled "SAMPLE Brightline Growth Academy: Webinar Launch Planner". It must look like a finished product, not a basic form. Build a 3-scenario money model so I know the numbers needed at every stage; use sample targets I can edit (opt-in rate target 20 percent, attendee close rate target 6 percent); plan a run-of-show; keep the replay open for a short window; state the price plainly.
SAMPLE FACTS: offer is a 12-week agency growth program, price $6,000, sold on the live webinar with a CTA to book a call; audience is agency owners with paying clients; weekly group calls; coaching since 2019. Top 3 objections heard on sales calls: "it's too expensive", "I don't have time", "I've tried a program before and it didn't work".
SCENARIOS (monthly ad spend $15,000 in all three): Low: cost per registrant $30, opt-in rate 25%, show rate 20%, attendee close rate 4%. Base: $20, 35%, 30%, 8%. High: $15, 45%, 40%, 10%.
PARTS, all interactive:
1) MONEY MODEL: Low / Base / High buttons that load the scenario into six sliders (ad spend, cost per registrant, opt-in rate, show rate, attendee close rate, price). Every number updates live: page visitors needed, registrants, live attendees, sales, revenue, ROAS, cost per sale. Show the funnel as animated horizontal bars. Show the formulas under the tiles. Round people and sales down to whole numbers.
2) TARGET BADGES next to the model: opt-in rate under 20% shows red "Below your opt-in target (20%)", 20% or more green; attendee close rate of 6% or more shows green "Meets your close-rate target", under 6% amber "Below your close-rate target". Keep both targets in one JavaScript settings object so I can edit them.
3) SCENARIO TABLE: Low, Base and High side by side with the same outputs, worked out from the presets above (not the sliders).
4) RUN-OF-SHOW: a clickable timeline bar of the event with a handful of editable blocks (for example: welcome, the problem, who we are, the teaching, the offer with the price stated plainly, questions, wrap-up). Clicking a block shows 3 bullet talking points for this SAMPLE offer, using only the facts above.
5) OBJECTION PREP: one card per objection with a short, honest spoken answer that acknowledges the concern and uses only the facts above. Where an answer needs facts I didn't give (guarantee terms, payment options, client results), write "[not provided]" instead of making them up.
6) PROMO AND REMINDER CALENDAR: a horizontal timeline around the webinar. Mark a few sample pre-webinar emails (for example a welcome, what you will learn, and a day-before reminder), a couple of reminder texts, and a short replay window. Clicking a marker shows its purpose and a SAMPLE subject line or text, labelled "SAMPLE draft, review before sending".
7) A footer note headed "Not provided" listing: client results, testimonials, guarantee terms, payment options, webinar date and time, webinar platform, show-rate history, list size.
TECHNICAL RULES: inline CSS and JavaScript only, no external libraries, CDNs, fonts, images or network calls; it works when opened directly in a browser.
HARD RULES: never invent numbers, results, testimonials or claims beyond the facts given here; never promise results; never mention discounts, deals, free items, trials, refunds, payment plans, or taking a break, pause, hold or freeze; never use any person, brand or company names (the header name above is the only name allowed); never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Draft only, nothing is sent or published.
