đ Works best with your CRM. Connect it and Jeremy AI uses your real tags as segments. It only reads.
Most coaches send one generic blast to their whole list and wonder why opens are low. Segmented Email Sequence Builder is a one-prompt Jeremy AI build. It turns your opt-in segments into an interactive app with a 3-email sequence per segment, a live subject line checker, a send-time planner and the segmentation question the whole thing is built on. Every email lands as expected context, not a cold blast.
Who it's for
Coaches, consultants and course creators with an email list and an opt-in form.
Agencies writing nurture sequences for clients who still send one email to everyone.
Goal
Get a ready-to-review email sequence for every segment on your list, each one built from what that group told you, with subject lines that pass the rules and send times that fit.
What this build does
Builds one self-contained dark HTML app,
segmented-email-builder.html, in the chat's file panel.Segment tabs across the top (SAMPLE: goal-fat-loss 1,840, goal-strength 960, booked-no-show 210, past-client 330). Clicking a tab switches every panel.
A 3-email sequence per segment (12 emails total): email 1 an introduction, email 2 one useful tip, email 3 a friendly invitation to book a call. Each card has subject, preview text, body and a Copy email button.
A live subject line checker with five pass/fail checks (word count, length, punctuation, emoji and spam words, all using settings you can edit) and a score out of 5. Clicking an email card loads its subject.
A send-time planner grid: example send slots you can edit: email 1 Monday 10 AM, email 2 Wednesday 10 AM, email 3 Thursday 10 AM, in your contact's time zone, at a sensible time of day.
A segmentation question card ("What's your main goal right now?") explaining how the answer becomes a CRM tag.
A "SAMPLE draft, review before sending" label on every output and a "Not provided" footer.
Why it's valuable
It replaces one generic blast with context: each sequence reminds them why they're hearing from you, shares a useful tip, then invites them to book a call.
It shows why segmentation matters. The same business gets four different sequences because four groups said four different things.
The subject checker catches spammy subject lines before they hurt deliverability. In the test, a spammy all-caps subject scored lower than a plain, clear one.
When to use it
When setting up or rewriting a nurture sequence.
When you add a new tag to your CRM and need emails for that group.
Before a send, to check a subject line.
Before you start
A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.
Your segments: tag, size and what each group told you on the opt-in form. Your credibility facts (years in business, program, review score).
About 3 minutes.
Step-by-step
Open the Jeremy AI dashboard. Leave the worker on the default (Jeremy AI).
Click the composer and paste the prompt below. Swap the SAMPLE segments and facts for yours if you like.
Press Enter. A new chat opens with "Waiting for a worker".
Wait until you see "Creating File" succeed. It usually takes a couple of minutes.
The reply arrives with a live preview in the chat.
Click the filename link
segmented-email-builder.htmlin the reply to open the side panel. (Clicking the file card header does nothing.)Drag the panel edge to widen it so the builder is readable.
Click each segment tab and read its 3 emails.
Click any email card to load its subject into the checker, then type your own subject lines and watch the score.
Scroll to the send-time planner, the segmentation question and the Not provided footer.
Use Copy email to take a draft into your own email tool and review it before sending.
Expected result (SAMPLE)
Four tabs with the SAMPLE tags and contact counts.
12 email drafts, each with a subject that passes the checker.
Planner: email 1 Monday 10:00 AM, email 2 Wednesday 10:00 AM, email 3 Thursday 10:00 AM.
The prompt
Paste this prompt. The business and all data in it are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.
Act as my "Segmented Email Sequence Builder" for SAMPLE Northside Fitness Coaching, a made-up online coaching business (every input below is made up). Build ONE premium-looking, self-contained HTML app named segmented-email-builder.html using the file tool (reply with a short summary only). DESIGN: a polished dark design system with clean spacing, a gradient accent colour, rounded cards, system font stack, subtle animations (fade-in on load, smooth transitions, hover lift on cards), and a header titled "SAMPLE Northside Fitness Coaching: Segmented Email Sequence Builder". It must look like a finished product, not a basic form. Segment the list instead of sending one blast: each email should feel expected and be sent at a sensible time.
SAMPLE LIST (put it in one JavaScript object): four segments, each with a tag, a size and what they told us on the opt-in form's segmentation question "What's your main goal right now?": 1) tag goal-fat-loss, 1,840 contacts, answered "lose body fat"; 2) tag goal-strength, 960 contacts, answered "get stronger"; 3) tag booked-no-show, 210 contacts, booked a call and didn't show; 4) tag past-client, 330 contacts, finished the 12-week program. Credibility facts you may use: 12-week coaching program, coaching since 2019. Price: not provided.
PARTS, all interactive:
1) SEGMENT TABS across the top, one per segment, showing tag and contact count. Clicking a tab switches every panel below to that segment.
2) For the selected segment, a 3-EMAIL SEQUENCE as cards: email 1 an introduction (remind them why they're hearing from us, using only what they told us), email 2 one useful tip matched to their goal, email 3 a friendly invitation to book a call. Each card shows a subject line, preview text, the body (under 120 words, plain, conversational) and a "Copy email" button that copies subject and body. Write all 12 emails yourself, each one specific to its segment. Subject lines must follow the rules in part 3 and pass them.
3) A LIVE SUBJECT LINE CHECKER: a text box pre-filled with the selected email's subject (clicking a card loads its subject), and live checks as I type, each shown as a pass or fail badge: a word-count range, a maximum length, a maximum number of punctuation marks, a maximum number of emoji, and a short list of spammy words to avoid (use sensible placeholder values and keep them all in one JavaScript settings object I can edit). Show an overall score out of 5.
4) A SEND-TIME PLANNER: a weekly grid Monday to Sunday that marks each email's example slot: email 1 on Monday at 10 am, email 2 on Wednesday at 10 am, email 3 on Thursday at 10 am, all in the recipient's time zone, at a sensible time of day (example settings I can edit, kept in the same settings object). A note under the grid says these are editable examples, not rules.
5) A SEGMENTATION QUESTION card that shows the opt-in question above and explains how the answer becomes a tag in the CRM.
6) Every output area carries the label "SAMPLE draft, review before sending". 7) A footer note headed "Not provided" listing: price, offer details, guarantees, client names, results, open rates, sending platform.
TECHNICAL RULES: inline CSS and JavaScript only, no external libraries, CDNs, fonts, images or network calls; it works when opened directly in a browser.
HARD RULES: never invent numbers, results, open rates, testimonials or claims beyond the facts given here; never promise results; never mention discounts, offers, free items, trials, pauses or refunds; never use any person, brand or studio names (the header name above is the only name allowed); never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Draft only, nothing is sent or published.
