đ Works best with your call recorder. Connect Fathom, Fireflies, or Zoom and Jeremy AI reads your recent calls for you, no pasting.
Paste your call notes. Get one file: every objection ranked by exact count, a short reply script for each that never drops the price, one follow-up question per objection and a claims check that shows where every count came from. Nothing is sent.
You'll see the SAMPLE call notes pasted in with the rules, the objection map built at 3x speed, the objections ranked by exact count, the non-price reply scripts and the claims check that ties each count to the notes. Nothing is sent.
What this use case does and who it's for
You've had the same sales conversations over and over. "It's more than I planned." "I need to talk to my partner." "I tried a coach last year." You handle them from memory, so every call sounds a little different. And when you ask a tool for objection scripts, you get generic filler, made-up stats and a "just offer a payment plan" answer.
Jeremy AI reads your call notes and builds a guide from what your prospects really said. The file has four parts:
A ranked objection table. Each objection, how many calls it came up in and which prospects said it. Counts are exact.
A reply script for each objection. Short, with a non-price angle: proof of process, clarity, fit, schedule flexibility or a clear next step.
One follow-up question per objection to ask on the call.
A claims check. It shows where each count came from in your notes.
It's for coaches, consultants and agency owners who sell high-ticket offers on calls. You stay in charge. Everything is a draft. Jeremy AI doesn't send anything or contact anyone.
What you need before you start
A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.
Notes from your recent sales calls. Five is enough to start. Use first names and last initials only, or no names at all.
Your offer facts: length, format and price. The sample uses a 12-week program, one 45-minute call per week and a $6K investment.
A list of what's not provided, such as student results. It keeps the AI from inventing proof.
Your rules for what the scripts must never do. The sample uses HARD RULES: use only facts and numbers from the notes, exact counts only, never offer or mention discounts, payment plans, refunds, free sessions, pauses or downgrades, reply to the price objection with value and fit only, and never address you by name.
How to set it up
You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.
Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.
Paste the prompt below. Swap in your own offer and your real call notes.
Click Send message.
Wait. The walkthrough runs this at 3x speed. In real time it took about a minute.
When it says the file is saved, read the chat summary first.
Open the file card and check the ranked table against your notes.
Read each reply script out loud. Change anything that doesn't sound like you.
Use the follow-up questions on your next calls.
The prompt
This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The coaching business, the prospects and every number are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.
Act as my "Sales Call Objection Map" worker for SAMPLE Northstar Coaching (all data below is made up, prospects are shown by first name and last initial only). Read the 5 SAMPLE call notes and build a guide. Save ONE file named objection-map.md with: 1) a table of every objection (objection, how many calls it came up in, which prospects), ranked by count, 2) for each objection a short reply script with a non-price angle (proof of process, clarity, fit, schedule flexibility, a clear next step), 3) one follow-up question to ask on the call, 4) a CLAIMS CHECK listing where each count came from in the notes. HARD RULES: use ONLY facts and numbers from the notes, exact counts only, never invent or round up a result, testimonial or student outcome, write "not provided" if something is missing; never offer or mention discounts, payment plans, refunds, free sessions, pauses or downgrades; for the price objection reply with value and fit only, never with a lower price; scripts may use only the offer facts, never claims about what most people or students experience; never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Drafts only, nothing is sent.
CALL NOTES (SAMPLE Northstar Coaching, 5 calls):
1) Dana K, dental agency: "Price is more than I planned, $6K is a lot." Also: "I need to talk to my business partner first."
2) Rosa V, med spa: "I tried another coach last year and it did not work." Also: "I do not have time for weekly calls."
3) Chris B, course creator: "Can I see results from people like me?" Also: "Not sure paid ads will work for my niche."
4) Omar H, roofing: "I need to talk to my business partner first." Also: "Price is more than I planned."
5) Jess P, yoga studio: "I do not have time for weekly calls." Also: "I tried another coach last year and it did not work."
Offer facts: 12-week program, one 45-minute call per week, investment $6K. Student results: not provided.
Prompting tips and how to adapt it
Paste the real wording. Put the prospect's own words in quotes. The map is only as good as the notes.
Give it your offer facts. Length, format and price. Scripts can only use the facts you give them.
Say what's not provided. "Student results: not provided." Then it won't invent a success story.
Ask for exact counts. "Exact counts only" means a ranked table you can trust. Ties are fine. They're honest.
Keep the price rule. The prompt says to reply to the price objection with value and fit only, never with a lower price. That keeps your offer intact.
Name the angles you want. The prompt lists proof of process, clarity, fit, schedule flexibility and a clear next step. Add your own.
Ban the crowd claims. The prompt says scripts may never claim what most people or students experience. Keep it. Those claims are made up.
Ask for one follow-up question each. A good question moves the call forward better than a longer script.
Ask for the claims check. It's how you confirm each count in two minutes.
Ask for ONE Markdown file. Say ".md" so you can preview it in the file card.
Adapt it. Use it for agency discovery calls, demo calls or consult calls. Swap in your own notes and offer.
The result to expect
One Markdown file named objection-map.md, titled "Sales Call Objection Map: SAMPLE Northstar Coaching." It's about 1,300 words in the walkthrough. With the sample notes you should see:
A ranked table. Four objections tied at 2 calls each: "Price is more than I planned" (Dana K, Omar H), "Need to talk to my business partner first" (Dana K, Omar H), "Tried another coach last year and it did not work" (Rosa V, Jess P) and "Do not have time for weekly calls" (Rosa V, Jess P). Two more came up in 1 call each, both from Chris B: "Can I see results from people like me?" and "Not sure paid ads will work for my niche."
A reply script for each. The price script talks about what the program is: a 12-week program with a dedicated 45-minute call every week. It never lowers the price. The partner script offers a short summary for the partner and a follow-up on the calendar. The time script is about a slot that fits the week.
No invented proof. For Chris B's results question, the script says specific student results are not provided and offers to walk through the process instead.
One follow-up question per objection. For example, for price: "If the structure were exactly right for where your business is headed, what would make the $6K feel justified to you?"
A claims check. Each count sits next to the quotes from the notes it came from, with the offer facts used in the scripts.
The chat reply confirms nothing was sent and the price reply never touches a lower number.
These are sample results from made-up calls. Wording changes from run to run. Read every script before you use it. One line in the sample says a program that did not work "usually failed for one of a few reasons." That's a general claim your notes don't back up. Cut a line like that, or reword it as a question such as "What do you think went wrong?"
Common mistakes and fixes
A script says "most people" or "students usually." Delete it. Remind it: "Scripts may use only the offer facts, never claims about what most people or students experience."
A script drops the price, adds a payment plan or a discount. Delete it. Remind it: "For the price objection reply with value and fit only, never with a lower price. Never offer discounts or payment plans."
It makes up a testimonial or a student result. Say: "Student results are not provided. Write 'not provided.'"
The counts look wrong. Check the claims check against your notes. Ask: "Recount every objection and show the call numbers."
The ranking looks odd with ties. That's fine. Ties mean equal counts. Ask for a tie-break only if you want one, and say how.
The scripts are too long. Ask: "Keep each script under 70 words."
The scripts don't sound like you. Add: "Plain, direct, no hype words. Write the way I talk."
The file has no preview. Ask again, and keep "save ONE file named objection-map.md."
Real prospect details in a test. For practice, use made-up prospects and first name plus last initial only.
You used a script word for word. Don't. Edit it so it fits the real call.
