Get two reminder texts for every booked call.

Written by Victor Couto

🔌 Works best with your calendar. Connect Google Calendar or your CRM calendar and Jeremy AI drafts a reminder for every booked call. It sends nothing.

Paste your booked calls. Get one file back: a call table, two reminder texts for every call, a not-provided list and a check table. Nothing is sent.

You'll see the SAMPLE calls and rules pasted in, the reminder file built in about 4 seconds on screen (the real wait was about 65 seconds), the chat summary, the finished file, the call table with a day, time and bring item, a 24 hour and a 1 hour text for each call, the follow-up call drafts, the sign-off placeholders, the not-provided list and the check section at the end of the file.

What this use case does and who it's for

Booked calls don't always happen. People forget. A short reminder helps them show up. But writing a reminder for every call, in the right order, with the right day, time and length, is the kind of job that gets skipped.

Here's the shortcut. Paste the booked calls and what each call type is. Jeremy AI writes two texts for every call: one for "24 hours before" and one for "1 hour before." Each text states the call's day and time exactly as you gave it, how long the call runs and what to bring. It doesn't do any time math. It doesn't add pressure. Four parts:

  1. A call table. Four columns: call, day and time, call type and bring. One row per call, in the order you gave them.

  2. Reminder drafts. Two per call. Each is 35 words or fewer. Each starts with a name placeholder and ends with a sign-off placeholder on its own last line. The 1 hour text also has a meeting link placeholder.

  3. A not-provided list. Everything the texts would need that you didn't give, like prospect names, the host name, the meeting link, the time zone and phone numbers.

  4. A check table. Three columns: item, source and status. It shows the days, times, lengths and bring items were copied exactly.

It's for agency owners, coaches, consultants and anyone who books sales or strategy calls. They're drafts. You read them, fill in the placeholders and send them yourself. Jeremy AI doesn't send anything.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • Your booked calls. The sample is made up: SAMPLE Lumen Growth, a paid-ads agency for gym owners, with four calls (C-01 to C-04). Each has a day, a time and a call type.

  • Your call types. The sample has two. A first strategy call runs 20 minutes and the prospect brings their current monthly ad spend. A follow-up call runs 30 minutes and the prospect brings their questions from the audit.

  • Honest gaps. The sample says prospect names, host name, meeting link, time zone and phone numbers are "not provided."

  • The hard rules. The sample uses HARD RULES: copy days, times, ids and lengths exactly, never calculate or convert a time or a send time, no pressure, guilt, urgency or scarcity wording, never mention discounts, bonuses, free items, giveaways or pauses, never add a call to action, never promise a result or claim what most people do, never invent a name, link or detail, and never address you by name.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.

  2. Paste the prompt below. Swap your own calls, call types and gaps in where the sample ones are.

  3. Click Send message.

  4. Wait. The walkthrough speeds this part up. In real time it took about 65 seconds.

  5. When it says the file is saved, read the chat summary.

  6. Open the file card to see the finished reminder file.

  7. Read the call table, then the reminder drafts, the not-provided list and the check section at the bottom.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The agency and every call are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Act as my "Call Reminder Pack" worker for SAMPLE Lumen Growth, a paid-ads agency for gym owners (all data below is made up). Turn the SAMPLE booked calls below into reminder messages that help prospects show up. Create ONE file named call-reminders.md using the file tool (reply with a short summary only) with: 1) a CALL TABLE with exactly 4 columns (call, day and time, call type, bring), one row per call in the order given, 2) REMINDER DRAFTS: for every call two drafts, a "24 hours before" text message and a "1 hour before" text message, each of 35 words or fewer, 3) a NOT PROVIDED list, 4) a CHECK table with exactly 3 columns (item, source, status). WRITING RULES: each draft states the call's stated day and time exactly as given, the call length for its type, and the stated bring item for its type; the 1 hour draft also includes the placeholder "[meeting link: not provided]"; every draft starts with "Hi [prospect name: not provided]," and ends with the sign-off "[host name: not provided]" on its own last line, never inside a sentence. HARD RULES: copy days, times, call ids and lengths exactly; never calculate or convert a time or send time (write "24 hours before" and "1 hour before" only); no pressure, guilt, urgency or scarcity wording; never mention discounts, bonuses, free items, giveaways or pauses; never add a call to action or invitation to reply; never promise a result or claim what most people do; never invent a name, link, address, policy or detail not stated; write "not provided"; every table has 4 columns or fewer and cells of 12 words or fewer; never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Drafts only, nothing is sent.
BOOKED CALLS (SAMPLE):
- C-01: Tuesday 10:00 AM, first strategy call.
- C-02: Tuesday 2:30 PM, follow-up call.
- C-03: Wednesday 9:00 AM, first strategy call.
- C-04: Thursday 11:15 AM, follow-up call.
Call types: first strategy call = 20 minutes, bring your current monthly ad spend; follow-up call = 30 minutes, bring your questions from the audit.
Not provided: prospect names, host name, meeting link, time zone, phone numbers.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Give each call a day, a time and a type. The drafts copy them exactly. If one is missing, it says "not provided."

  • Define each call type once. Give its length and what to bring. Jeremy AI reuses it for every call of that type.

  • Ask for the labels, not the times. The prompt says to write "24 hours before" and "1 hour before" and never work out a send time. You pick the send times in your own tool.

  • Use placeholders for what you haven't given. The prospect name, host name and meeting link show up as bracketed placeholders. Swap in the real ones before you send.

  • Put the sign-off on its own line. The prompt says it goes last, on its own line, never inside a sentence.

  • Cap the length. 35 words or fewer. A text message should be short.

  • Keep it calm. The prompt bans pressure, guilt, urgency and scarcity wording. A reminder should be a reminder.

  • Adapt it. Swap in webinars, onboarding calls, appointments or classes. Change the lengths and the bring items. Keep tables at 4 columns or fewer.

The result to expect

One Markdown file named call-reminders.md, titled "Call Reminder Pack (SAMPLE Lumen Growth)." With the sample data you should see:

  • A 4-column call table with four rows.

  • C-01. Tuesday 10:00 AM. First strategy call. Bring your current monthly ad spend.

  • C-02. Tuesday 2:30 PM. Follow-up call. Bring your questions from the audit.

  • C-03. Wednesday 9:00 AM. First strategy call. Bring your current monthly ad spend.

  • C-04. Thursday 11:15 AM. Follow-up call. Bring your questions from the audit.

  • Eight reminder drafts. Two for each call. Each starts with "Hi [prospect name: not provided]," and ends with "[host name: not provided]" on its own last line. Each states the call's day and time, its length (20 or 30 minutes) and what to bring. The 1 hour drafts include "[meeting link: not provided]."

  • A not-provided list. Prospect names, host name, meeting link, time zone and phone numbers.

  • A check table. Each item with a source and a status, such as "copied exactly" for days, times, lengths and bring items.

The chat reply is a short summary and says nothing was sent.

These are sample results from made-up calls. Wording changes from run to run. Read every draft before you send it.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • A draft changes a time. Fix it. Remind it: "Copy days and times exactly as given."

  • A draft works out a send time. Delete it. Remind it: "Write 24 hours before and 1 hour before only."

  • A draft sounds pushy. Rewrite it. Remind it: "No pressure, guilt, urgency or scarcity wording."

  • A draft adds a call to action or asks for a reply. Delete it. Remind it: "Never add a call to action."

  • A draft invents a link or an address. Replace it with the placeholder. Remind it: "Never invent a link or detail."

  • The sign-off sits inside a sentence. Tell it: "The sign-off goes on its own last line."

  • You send without reading. Don't. Fill in the placeholders and check the time zone yourself. It wasn't provided.
