🔌 Works best with your CRM. Connect GoHighLevel or HubSpot and Jeremy AI pulls your ghosted leads for you, no pasting. It only reads. It writes drafts and sends nothing.

Most of the money in a pipeline sits with people who went quiet: booked and vanished, no-showed, or ghosted after the sales call. Most teams send two follow-ups and give up. Ghosted Lead Revival Board is a one-prompt Jeremy AI build. It turns a list of ghosted leads into an interactive board that sorts each lead into a follow-up phase based on how long they've been quiet (recent, mid-term, long-term), writes SMS and email drafts that mention the reason each lead gave when they enquired, and maps a 180-day cadence of example touch days you can change.

Who it's for

  • Coaches, consultants and agencies with booked calls, no-shows and post-call leads that went quiet.

  • Setters and closers who need the next follow-up written for every lead, not just the warm ones.

Goal

Know exactly what to send every ghosted lead today, based on how long they've been quiet, with drafts that mention the reason each lead gave.

What this build does

  • Builds one self-contained dark HTML app, ghosted-lead-revival-board.html, in the chat's file panel.

  • Phase scoreboard tiles (SAMPLE: Recent 2, Mid-term 3, Long-term 3). Clicking a tile filters the lead table. Clicking it again shows all 8.

  • A lead table (ID, how they ghosted, days quiet, phase, reason they enquired). Leads use IDs only, no names.

  • Click a lead to load its drafts. Toggle SMS or Email. Each draft has a Copy button and the "SAMPLE draft, review before sending" label.

  • Drafts are short, polite and friendly. Each one fits how long the lead has been quiet and mentions only the reason that lead enquired.

  • A 0 to 180 day cadence timeline (example touch days you can change: recent 2, 7, 14; mid-term 21, 30, 45; long-term 70, 110, 180) that marks the selected lead's day today and their next touch.

  • A compliance note (opt-in only, "Reply STOP" wording, nothing sent automatically) and a "Not provided" footer.

Why it's valuable

  • It makes follow-up easy to run: every lead gets a short, friendly draft that fits how long they've been quiet and mentions the reason they gave.

  • Leads 2 to 6 months old usually get nothing. This gives every one of them a next touch and a draft.

When to use it

  • Weekly, on your no-show and no-close list.

  • When a setter or closer takes over an old pipeline.

Before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • Your ghosted leads (ID, how they ghosted, days since last reply), the reason each lead enquired, and a few true facts about your program.

  • About 3 minutes.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Jeremy AI dashboard. Leave the worker on the default (Jeremy AI).

  2. Click the composer and paste the prompt below. Swap the SAMPLE leads and reasons for yours if you like.

  3. Press Enter. A new chat opens.

  4. Wait for the file to finish. It usually takes a couple of minutes.

  5. The reply arrives with a live preview in the chat.

  6. Click the filename link ghosted-lead-revival-board.html in the reply to open the side panel.

  7. Drag the panel edge to widen it.

  8. Click a phase tile to filter the table. Click it again to see all leads.

  9. Click a lead to load its drafts, and flip between SMS and Email.

  10. Scroll to the cadence timeline, the compliance note and the Not provided footer.

  11. Use Copy to take a draft into your own tool and review it before sending.

Expected result (SAMPLE)

  • Tiles: Recent 2 (L-101, L-102), Mid-term 3 (L-103, L-104, L-105), Long-term 3 (L-106, L-107, L-108).

  • L-108 timeline: "Today · L-108 (150d)", "Next touch · Day 180".

The prompt

Paste this prompt. The business and all data in it are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Act as my "Ghosted Lead Revival Board" for SAMPLE Summit Peak Coaching, a made-up online business coaching program (every input below is made up). Build ONE premium-looking, self-contained HTML app named ghosted-lead-revival-board.html using the file tool (reply with a short summary only). DESIGN: a polished dark design system with clean spacing, a gradient accent colour, rounded cards, system font stack, subtle animations (fade-in on load, smooth transitions, hover lift on cards), and a header titled "SAMPLE Summit Peak Coaching: Ghosted Lead Revival Board". It must look like a finished product, not a basic form. Follow up with people who ghost in phases by how long they have been quiet (recent, mid-term and long-term); mention only the reason each lead gave when they enquired, and vary the wording so no two drafts are alike. The phase lengths and touch days below are example values I can change.
SAMPLE LEADS (put them in one JavaScript array; use lead IDs only, no names): L-101 ghosted after booking, 4 days since last reply; L-102 no-show to the call, 9 days; L-103 ghosted after the sales call, 16 days; L-104 ghosted after the sales call, 27 days; L-105 ghosted after booking, 41 days; L-106 no-show to the call, 58 days; L-107 ghosted after the sales call, 95 days; L-108 ghosted after booking, 150 days. REASON EACH LEAD ENQUIRED (use only these, one per lead): L-101 wants a clearer weekly plan, L-102 wants a steadier flow of new clients, L-103 wants to free up their evenings, L-104 wants to stop relying on referrals, L-105 wants a clearer weekly plan, L-106 wants a steadier flow of new clients, L-107 wants to free up their evenings, L-108 wants to stop relying on referrals. Facts you may use: 12-week coaching program, weekly group calls, coaching since 2018. Price: not provided.
PARTS, all interactive:
1) PHASE SCOREBOARD across the top: three tiles that count the leads in each phase, worked out from days since last reply: Recent (0 to 14 days), Mid-term (15 to 45 days), Long-term (46 to 180 days); these are example values I can change. Clicking a tile filters the lead table.
2) LEAD TABLE: lead ID, how they ghosted, days since last reply, phase badge, and the reason they enquired. Clicking a row selects that lead and loads its drafts in part 3.
3) MESSAGE DRAFTS for the selected lead, with a channel toggle for SMS or Email. SMS: under 160 characters, plain, no links. Email: subject line plus a body under 100 words. Write the drafts yourself, short, polite and friendly, matched to how long they have been quiet and to how they ghosted (after booking, no-show, after the call), and mentioning only the reason that lead enquired. Each draft has a "Copy" button and the label "SAMPLE draft, review before sending".
4) CADENCE TIMELINE: a horizontal timeline from day 0 to day 180 that marks the touch days for each phase (example values I can change: recent: days 2, 7, 14; mid-term: days 21, 30, 45; long-term: days 70, 110, 180) and highlights where the selected lead sits today and their next touch day.
5) A COMPLIANCE NOTE card: texts go out only to people who opted in to texts, include opt-out wording, and nothing is sent automatically from this board.
6) A footer note headed "Not provided" listing: price, offer details, guarantees, client names, results, show rates, close rates, CRM.
TECHNICAL RULES: inline CSS and JavaScript only, no external libraries, CDNs, fonts, images or network calls; it works when opened directly in a browser.
HARD RULES: never invent numbers, results, testimonials or claims beyond the facts given here; never promise results; never mention discounts, deals, free items, trials, refunds, payment plans, or taking a break, pause, hold or freeze; never use any person, brand or company names (the header name above is the only name allowed); never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Draft only, nothing is sent or published.
