🔌 Works best with your Meta ad account. Connect it and Jeremy AI pulls your ad results for you. It only reads.

Paste your ad creative numbers. Get one interactive HTML app back. It scores every ad as Kill, Watch or Scale, lets you change your own rules, and shows the budget math behind every move.

You'll see the SAMPLE data and spec pasted in, the app built in about 4 seconds on screen (the real wait was about 4 minutes 30 seconds), the file card, then the finished board: the Scale, Watch and Kill badges, the threshold edit, the filters and sort by CPL, the budget slider with the projection math, and the leaderboard.

What this use case does and who it's for

Every week you stare at the same question. Which ads do I turn off, which do I keep an eye on, and which do I put more money behind? Most people guess. Or they build a spreadsheet and fight the formulas.

Here's the shortcut. Paste your creative numbers and your rules. Jeremy AI builds a single file called ad-creative-testing-board.html. Open it in any browser and it works. No libraries. No internet needed. Six parts, all linked, so changing one input updates the rest:

  1. Editable thresholds. Four number fields. The sample rule: Scale when cost per lead (CPL) is $15 or below and sales are at least 5. Kill when CPL is above $30 or sales are 0. Anything else is Watch.

  2. A creative gallery. One card per ad with its hook, angle, format, spend, impressions, clicks, leads and sales. The card also shows CTR, CPL and cost per sale, marked as computed, plus a green, amber or red status badge.

  3. Filters and sorting. Format buttons (All, Video, Image, Carousel), status buttons (All, Scale, Watch, Kill) and a sort menu.

  4. A budget planner. A slider for extra monthly budget, from 0 to 5,000 in steps of 100. A checkbox moves Kill spend too. The money is split across Scale ads in proportion to their current spend, and a math table shows every step.

  5. A leaderboard. Rank by hook or by angle, by sales, leads or CPL.

  6. A "Not provided" footer. It lists what you didn't give it.

It's for media buyers, agency owners and anyone testing ads. You still make the call. The board shows its math, and its projections are not guarantees. Nothing is published or sent.

What you need before you start

  • A Jeremy AI account. Nothing to connect to try the sample.

  • Your creatives with their numbers. The sample is made up: SAMPLE Lumen Growth, a paid-ads agency for gym owners, with 8 ads (A1 to A8). Each has a hook, angle, format, spend, impressions, clicks, leads and sales over 30 days.

  • Your rules, as plain numbers. The sample uses the Scale and Kill rules above.

  • Honest gaps. The sample says dates, audiences, platforms, targets and client names are "not provided." The footer lists them instead of guessing.

  • The hard rules. Every number must come from your data, a threshold input or a JavaScript calculation, and computed numbers are labeled as computed. No invented trends, benchmarks or forecasts, and no promised results.

How to set it up

You use the default Jeremy AI worker. There's nothing to build.

  1. Open Jeremy AI. From the dashboard, type in the main box. Check the worker selector says Jeremy AI.

  2. Paste the prompt below. Swap your own creatives, rules and gaps in where the sample ones are.

  3. Press Enter or click send. A fresh chat starts.

  4. Wait. This is a big build. The walkthrough speeds it up. In real time it took about 4 minutes 30 seconds.

  5. When it's done, a file card appears for ad-creative-testing-board.html with a live preview.

  6. Open the file in the file panel. Use Source if you want to read the code.

  7. To keep it, download the file and double-click it. It opens straight in your browser.

The prompt

This is the exact prompt from the walkthrough. The agency and every creative are SAMPLE and made up. Replace them with yours.

Act as my "Ad Creative Testing Board" builder for SAMPLE Lumen Growth, a paid-ads agency for gym owners (all data below is made up). Build ONE premium-looking, self-contained HTML app named ad-creative-testing-board.html using the file tool (reply with a short summary only). DESIGN: a polished dark design system with clean spacing, a gradient accent colour, rounded cards, good typography from the system font stack, subtle animations (fade-in on load, smooth bar and number transitions, hover lift on cards), and a header titled "SAMPLE Lumen Growth: Ad Creative Testing Board". It must look like a finished product, not a basic table. PARTS, all linked so that changing any input updates every part at once: 1) THRESHOLD INPUTS at the top as editable number fields with these defaults: Scale when CPL is at or below 15 AND sales are at least 5; Kill when CPL is above 30 OR sales are at or below 0; otherwise Watch. 2) A GALLERY of 8 creative cards (CSS gradient thumbnails with the format shown, no images) showing hook, angle, format, spend, impressions, clicks, leads, sales and computed CTR, CPL and cost per sale, plus a status badge Kill, Watch or Scale computed in JavaScript from the threshold inputs (green, amber, red). 3) FILTERS: format buttons (All, Video, Image, Carousel), status buttons (All, Scale, Watch, Kill) and a sort dropdown (sales, CPL, spend, CTR); cards animate when filtered. 4) A BUDGET PLANNER with a slider for extra monthly budget from 0 to 5000 in steps of 100, and a checkbox "Also move spend from Kill creatives": the extra budget (plus the Kill spend if checked) is split across Scale creatives in proportion to their current spend; show a transparent math table with columns creative, added spend, divided by CPL equals projected leads, divided by cost per sale equals projected sales, with totals, labelled "projection from your inputs, not a guarantee" and a note that it assumes each creative keeps its current CPL and cost per sale. 5) A LEADERBOARD with tabs By hook and By angle (angles are grouped, adding spend, leads and sales per angle) and a metric dropdown (sales, leads, CPL) that re-ranks the rows with animated bars. 6) A footer note headed "Not provided" listing: dates, audiences, platforms, targets, client names. TECHNICAL RULES: inline CSS and JavaScript only, no external libraries, CDNs, fonts, images or network calls; the data lives in one JavaScript array; it works when opened directly in a browser. HARD RULES: every number shown must come exactly from the data below, be a threshold input value, or be computed in JavaScript from them, and computed numbers are labelled as computed; never invent a number, trend, benchmark or forecast; never promise results; never mention discounts, offers, free items or trials; never use any person, brand or studio names; never address me by name anywhere in the chat reply or the file. Draft only, nothing is published.

Prompting tips and how to adapt it

  • Name the file. "ad-creative-testing-board.html" tells Jeremy AI to save a file, not paste code in the chat.

  • Spell out your rules. Write the Scale and Kill rules as numbers with AND and OR. Then the badges follow your logic, not a guess.

  • Ask for editable inputs. Thresholds in number fields mean you can change a rule later without asking again.

  • Link every part. "Changing any input updates every part at once" is why the badges, the planner and the leaderboard stay in sync.

  • Show the math. The planner table lists added spend, CPL, projected leads, cost per sale and projected sales. You can check every row.

  • Label computed numbers. The prompt says computed numbers are labeled. That's how you tell data from math.

  • Ban outside code. "Inline CSS and JavaScript only" keeps the file working offline.

  • Adapt it. Swap in your own ads, formats or angles. Keep the data in one array so it's easy to update.

The result to expect

One file named ad-creative-testing-board.html, titled "SAMPLE Lumen Growth: Ad Creative Testing Board." With the sample data and the default rules you should see:

  • Four Scale cards. A1 "Stop wasting ad spend" (CPL $12.00), A3 "Before and after: a member story" (CPL $9.57), A6 "Why leads go cold" (CPL $11.67) and A8 "Owner interview" (CPL $11.43).

  • Two Watch cards. A2 "3 mistakes gym owners make" (CPL $17.14) and A4 "Fill your classes" (CPL $17.65).

  • Two Kill cards. A5 "Your ads, audited" has 0 sales. A7 "A day in the life of a studio" has a CPL of $33.33.

  • Live rules. In the walkthrough we change the thresholds to Scale at CPL $12 or below with at least 9 sales, and Kill above $17. The rule line under the fields updates, and the badges recompute. A1, A3 and A8 stay Scale. The ads that no longer qualify drop to Watch or Kill.

  • Filters and sort. Pick Video, Scale or Watch and the cards filter. Sort by CPL and they reorder.

  • A budget planner. Slide to $2,000 and tick "Also move spend from Kill creatives." With the edited rules, the Kill spend available is $4,600 (computed from 4 Kill creatives). The table splits $6,600 across A1, A3 and A8 and totals about 512.9 projected leads and 40.1 projected sales. It's labeled "Projection from your inputs, not a guarantee."

  • A leaderboard. By hook or by angle, ranked by sales, leads or CPL.

You can also open the example file we saved from this setup: ad-creative-testing-board.html, in the same folder as the video. Open it in your browser and click around.

The chat reply is a short summary. Nothing was sent or published.

These are sample results from made-up numbers. Layout and wording change from run to run. Check every card against your own data before you act on it.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • You get code in the chat, not a file. Say: "Save it as ad-creative-testing-board.html using the file tool."

  • A badge doesn't match your rule. Check the threshold fields. Then say: "Scale needs CPL at or below the first value AND sales at or above the second."

  • The planner total looks off. Check whether "Also move spend from Kill creatives" is ticked. It adds the Kill spend to the extra budget.

  • A projection sounds like a promise. Say: "Label it a projection from my inputs, not a guarantee."

  • It adds an outside library or image. Say: "Inline CSS and JavaScript only. No external libraries, fonts or images."

  • You treat projections as results. Don't. They assume each ad keeps its current CPL and cost per sale. Real results move.
