Use Case: Get Your Meta Ads Report Every Monday Without Asking

Connect Meta Ads once, test the report in chat, then schedule it so it lands every Monday on its own.

If you open JeremyAI every Monday to ask "how did my ads do last week?", let it do that for you. Connect your Meta ad account once, check the report looks right in chat, then put it on a schedule. Every Monday it runs on its own, and you can see each run under Recent Runs on the trigger.

In the video, we verify a Meta connection, run the report once in chat, and schedule it for 9 AM every Monday. The ad account is a test account with no spend, so the report says there's nothing to show yet.

Before you start

  • Your Meta ad account is connected and verified in Integrations. If not, Connect your Meta ad account first: see the Meta setup article in Help.

  • You know which ad account you want the report for, if you have more than one.

Why it matters

A weekly check only helps if it happens every week. A scheduled report means you start Monday with the numbers in front of you, in the same format each time, so changes stand out.

Step 1: Test the report in chat

Start a chat and send:

Pull my Meta ads results for the last 7 days: spend, leads, cost per lead and ROAS by campaign. Compare with the 7 days before, and tell me the one thing I should look at first.

Adjust the prompt until the report is the way you want it. Whatever prompt gives you the best report is the one you'll schedule.

Step 2: Put it on a schedule

The quick way: ask in chat. Send something like:

Every Monday at 9am, run this report for me: pull my Meta ads results for the last 7 days by campaign, compare with the week before, and tell me the one thing to look at first.

JeremyAI sets up the schedule and confirms the day and time. It may also set a reminder for you. If you don't want the reminder, you can delete it.

Or set it up yourself:

  1. Open your worker and go to its Triggers tab.

  2. Click + Create new and choose Scheduled Trigger.

  3. Setup: pick the worker, and give it a Task Name like Monday Meta report. Click Next: Set Schedule & Timing.

  4. Schedule: the tabs are Quick, Recurring, One-time and Advanced. Choose a schedule that runs every Monday at 9 AM (the video uses Advanced). Click Next: Choose Execution Method.

  5. Execute: paste your report prompt from Step 1 into Worker Instructions.

  6. Click Create Scheduled Task. Once saved, the trigger reads Every Monday at 9:00 AM.

Step 3: Find your report

Open the trigger on the Triggers page. Next Run shows when the report runs next, and Recent Runs shows past runs.

You can pause or delete the schedule from the same place any time.

What good output looks like

  • Spend, results and cost per result for each campaign, for this week and last week.

  • What went up or down the most.

  • One clear thing to look at first.

If the ad account had no spend that week, the report should say so rather than invent numbers.

Prompts to copy

  • Every Monday at 9am, show me last week's Meta spend and cost per lead by ad set, and flag any ad set whose cost per lead rose more than 20%.

  • Every weekday at 8am, tell me yesterday's Meta spend and leads, and whether anything looks off.

  • On the 1st of every month, summarize last month's Meta results by campaign and list the three best ads by ROAS.

Common mistakes and fixes

  • Expecting it to change your ads: a scheduled report only reads your numbers.

  • No data or "token rejected": run Verify on your Meta connection.

  • Wrong ad account: name the ad account in your prompt.

  • Report changes format every week: put the exact sections you want in the prompt.
