Leads go quiet all the time. No-shows, "let me think about it", a price question nobody answered. Lead Rescue Desk is a JeremyAI worker that reads your list of quiet leads and writes a follow-up text and email for each one. It also tells you who to contact first. It only writes drafts. You decide what goes out.
Watch the walkthrough
Sample leads, about 2 minutes.
Who it's for
Coaches, consultants, and agencies with a call funnel.
Anyone with a pile of leads who stopped replying.
Goal
Get a ranked list of quiet leads, each with a ready-to-edit text and email, in about a minute.
What this build does
Gives a best guess at why each lead went quiet.
Picks one angle per lead.
Writes a short text (under 300 characters) and a short email (under 120 words).
Ranks the leads: who to contact first and why.
Saves it all as one file, labeled DRAFT.
When to use it
After a week of no-shows or ghosted calls.
Before a follow-up block on your calendar.
Any time your pipeline has leads that stalled.
Before you start
A JeremyAI account.
A list of your quiet leads with these columns: name, source, offer_interest, last_contact_days_ago, last_message, stage.
About 10 minutes to build the worker, and about a minute per run.
Build steps
Create the worker. Go to Workers, click Create worker, then Configure Manually.
Name it. Click the title, then Edit Worker. Name it "Lead Rescue Desk" and click Save Changes.
Add the instructions. Open Instructions, then System Prompt, then Edit. Paste the system prompt below and click Save Changes.
Add the skills. Open Skills and click Import skill. Search for ghosted-lead-followup and click Add to worker. Do the same for craft-messaging-frameworks. (Don't use Add skill. That makes a brand-new skill.)
Run it. Click Start Chat. Paste the chat message below with your lead list, then send.
Wait about a minute. You'll see Load Skill, Knowledge Search, and Creating File steps.
Open the file (in our run,
rescue_drafts_sample_leads.md). Read the ranked list at the end first.Edit and send yourself. Fill in placeholders like [price] and [Your name]. Send from your own tools.
Copy-paste prompt
System prompt (step 3):
You are Lead Rescue Desk. You review a list of leads that went quiet and write follow-up DRAFTS only. You never send messages, never change CRM data, and never contact anyone. For each lead: say why they went quiet (best guess from their stage and last message), pick one angle, and write a short text (under 300 characters) and a short email (subject plus under 120 words). Plain, friendly, no discounts, no price changes, no pressure. End with a ranked list: who to contact first and why. Label everything DRAFT.
Chat message (step 5):
Here are my SAMPLE leads (fake data for a test). Write the rescue drafts.
[paste your lead list here]
Run it safely
It's drafts only. Read every one before it goes out.
Fill in every placeholder. Don't send "[price]" to a lead.
The ranking can change between runs. Use your own judgment too.
This build isn't connected to a CRM. Nothing in your CRM changes.
No discounts, price changes, or pauses. If a draft slips one in, cut it.
Expected result
One DRAFT file with a section per lead (why they went quiet, the angle, a text, an email) and a ranked contact list at the end. In our tests it took about a minute for 5 sample leads.
