You just finished a sales call. The prospect seemed interested, but they did not buy. What went wrong?

Paste the transcript into JeremyAI and get a coaching review that scores discovery, qualification, objection handling, value communication, and closing. It points to specific moments, names the biggest mistakes, and gives you better language for the next call.

Watch the walkthrough

The walkthrough shows the full process inside JeremyAI. The transcript goes in, the analysis prompt is sent, and Jeremy returns scores, specific moments, three biggest mistakes, coaching recommendations, and a checklist. If the player does not load, open the walkthrough here.

What this does

  • Takes a real sales call transcript (or a realistic sample).

  • Scores discovery, qualification, value communication, objection handling, and closing.

  • References specific lines from the transcript for what worked and what did not.

  • Names the three biggest mistakes that reduced the chance of closing.

  • Gives three coaching recommendations with example language to use next time.

  • Ends with a short coaching checklist you can review before the next call.

Do it

  1. Open a new chat in JeremyAI. Signed in at jeremy.utari.ai.

  2. Paste the full transcript. Include the offer context if it is not already clear in the call.

  3. Paste the analysis prompt below and send it.

  4. Read the reply. Focus on the scores, the three biggest mistakes, and the example language. Then copy the checklist for your next call.

The analysis prompt

Copy the block below. For your own calls, keep the shape and replace the offer and audience details.

Analyze this sales call as an experienced sales coach using a high-ticket B2B framework.

Context: The salesperson (Alex) is selling done-for-you B2B outbound lead generation at $4,000/month + $2,000 onboarding to a consulting firm founder (Daniel) who currently relies on referrals and wants a more predictable pipeline.

Evaluate the call across these categories:
- Discovery
- Qualification
- Value communication
- Objection handling
- Closing / next steps

For each category, give a coaching score out of 10 (as an estimate based only on the transcript), briefly explain what the salesperson did well, what needs improvement, and reference specific moments or lines from the transcript.

Then identify the three biggest mistakes that most reduced the chances of closing or advancing the deal.

Finally, give me three actionable coaching recommendations. For each one, include an example of what the salesperson should say differently on the next call.

At the end, create a short 5-point coaching checklist the salesperson can review before their next sales call.

What the sample analysis shows

In the walkthrough, Jeremy scored the call and called out specific gaps:

  • Discovery — The closer quantified client value but never established the real cost of inconsistent months or what happens if nothing changes.

  • Objection handling — When the prospect compared the price to a cheaper alternative, the closer justified the higher price instead of exploring the concern.

  • Closing — The prospect showed interest and named what he needed, but the call ended without a scheduled next step.

The reply also included better language for each of those moments and a short checklist for the next call.

Get more from it

Use a real transcript from a call that almost closed. The more specific the transcript, the more specific the coaching. You can also paste the same transcript into a second chat and ask Jeremy to rewrite the weak sections as a practice script.
