JeremyAI uses a 6-digit code sent to your email address to sign you in. If the email has not arrived, start with these checks.
Check the email address
Go to JeremyAI and make sure you entered the email address that was invited to JeremyAI.
Check the inbox for that exact address. If you use several email accounts, make sure you are looking in the right one.
Check spam and promotions
Look in your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the sign-in email.
If you find it, copy the 6-digit code and enter it on the JeremyAI sign-in screen.
If the email is still missing
Email [email protected] and include:
The email address you are trying to sign in with.
What happened after you entered it.
Any error message you saw.
A screenshot of the error, if there is one.
Do not include a sign-in code, password, or access token in your message or screenshot.
